Shareholders are just a minority here after the initial float and the directors changed plus name change and direction (over 60% held by a couple) plus this company is used to support the directors interest elswhere. The correct action if
delisting as we cannot stop it happening. The Directors should buy back the shares at the issue price because of failure to deliver. Then they can continue being a private company.

Not sure whether to hang on and see what the paperwork will tell us, as the company is worth more than the share price plus I am owed in excess of £25k as bought shares at flotation (6p each × 400k) + more when price nothing to average down
and currently hold 1.2million but not even worth the paper printed on......

what with company name change and directors coming and going unable to decide on
a direction or what has been owned/sold given away etc....hence perhaps the major
shareholders have a plan, and then again perhaps not.........no help here!!!!

The question is how will the 60%+ holders cancel AIM listing, obviously simple if buying out the other shareholders then it can do what it likes (doing that anyway)

Realise a cash value and distribute, unlikely as more than probable is to consolidate say 50:1 into a new share at least then might be worth a penny share.

At December 2014 the Group's net assets were just under 0.29 pence per share, an increase from 0.26 pence in June 2014 and 0.25 pence in December 2013. Cash balances declined from GBP1.73m to GBP1.63m during the period.

Well up today but who knows what this company holds? I bought at 0.13 and 0.15....seems pointless to sell at such a discount to NAV and with so much cash with PHC above 100p.

From results today, the calculated real share price is 0.29pence
and earnings per share of 0.14pence, although as we have no degree
of control in anything that happens due to being an investment
vehicle for one man...........we can only sit and watch our original
investment from many years ago languish.

Phc flying today. The Qrm graph looking good to shoot higher on the back of strong fundamentals.
