Senior Management Update
Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming industry, announces that CEO Nick Jarmany will, for the duration of medical treatment, pass on his executive responsibilities to COO Jon Jayal. Nick will remain on the Board during this time.
Nick Jarmany, CEO of Quixant, commented: "Since founding Quixant we have built a strong management team, including the appointment of Jon Jayal to the Board as Chief Operating Officer. As one of the three founding Directors, I am confident that the structure and quality of management we have in place is more than capable of continuing the growth of the Group in my absence."
