I went long a few weeks back at 183p.

Clearly buyers around and the market is short of stock....beyond that not aware of anything else. Looks good though for further upside.

Essentially, the board are selling down their holdings and placing them with institutional investors, at a circa 12.5% discount.

Not exactly a good sign, but then I maintain that the growth rating being put on Quixant is too high at the moment.

XLM is far better value and they have £40m in cash. Mkt cap = £119m and they pay a dividend of 50% of profits generated

Their product is so well regarded in the industry and I understand has become the leader in it's field for quality. I still hold and will continue to do so.

The main uncertainties here were whether their main client Ainsworth would continue their relationship with them after 2015, and whether the two tier 2 clients would place orders.

With these uncertainties out of the way - the market hates uncertainty - the future does look bright for Quixant.

I'm still kicking myself for having sold when I did, although I've done ok elsewhere.
