Long term holders starting to see decent rewards now.P.E. OF 10 WOULD GIVE US £2.40.Not expensive yet for a growing co.

Yes, like the bit about 33% additional sales to come from the
acquisitions.

Debt high but manageable, especially if the Prefs as seem likely
convert to ordinary shares in a few months time.

Been sometime since Simon Thompson of the IC gave them a mention
....maybe an update due.

Bought some more today...first time I've ever managed to deal
on-line in this stock!

I'm hoping that the effect of the acquisitions and organic growth
makes up for the falling dollar...many of the material costs and
borrowings are in dollars so perhaps not too large an effect.

Sick of the way quarto is slowly dropped with no reason until results, still only a few wanting to take profits, wait for four weeks or so to reap the rewards. If it slips much further i,ll consider topping up, remember there is only 1% of the company shares not being held by major concerns, at the moment they want your shares for post results buyers.IMHO.

sensible management, steady progress, steady profits, being slightly coy about small contributions from new business in first year,i expect a nice surprise when finals are out.

They can also be bought on-line within a SIPP.

Apparently you can only buy these shares in certificated form, and cannot hold them in nominee accounts. This tends to discourage traders, so most holders (like me) are long term investors. Hope this helps.

Dont know about buying online, but fully listed in UK although the company is registered in the US.You should have no problem buying if you give your broker a ring.

Can't seem to buy it online. Why do they have a UK listing if they're registered in the US? They could move the registration to IOM or Channel Islands if they wanted to escape UK tax.
