Person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') shareholding

On 25 January 2017 Mr A Bergin, a PDMR, was granted a conditional award ('Award') under the PZ Cussons Performance Share Plan to acquire 50,041 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.

The Award will ordinarily vest at nil cost on the third anniversary of grant subject to the grantee's continued employment and the attainment of performance targets. No consideration is payable in respect of the grant of the Award.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
