Have I missed the boat here? Was thinking of getting a few - but looks like I'm fashionably late to the party.

Cash plus inventories is 37.5m euros, I make that £32.1m on today's exchange rate. Current market cap is £21.24m according to Hargreaves...

People were expecting a loss and more cashburn, and it still would have been worth 20p and share. We have the opposite... And we're 6 months away form a juicy settlement.

I have to confess that I am more than a little confused by the share price action today but as this is by far my largest single holding I am not unhappy!

Some heavy volume today, and finally a pop up. What is the current market cap versus cash plus inventory? I suspect management are talking down the business so they can mbo on the cheap, once the arbitration is sorted in the new year...

I bought in this morning because big premium here to be made on a wind-up situation and that's even if they lose the arbitration case.

Good sign the other party are delaying - almost certainly means they think they will lose. If you think you are going to win you do the opposite - try and bring the case forward. I think the other party will try and settle before the court date in November as it will be too risky for them to lose - not only the lose money but reputation and future business.

Not much new today methinks. Tough market. Good to see balance sheet strength maintained for the first time in yonks. Lots of stock converted to cash but that may unwind somewhat as they have been deferring polysilicon purchases.

Risk/reward still looks very favourable to me, esp given potential for arbitration success...

Oh, and the strongest hint yet that they will wind this company up (mbo, trade sale?) and return the cash after the final arbitration is completed...

Nope. They just say, one of the largest solar companies. So they'll get 1.5m out of the little one, I reckon the other one is in the bag for January next year. They've made a stonking profit, offloaded their stock at good prices, and turned it into cash on a leaner structure...

Do we know which company the arbitration is filed against?

As I said yesterday, I don't expect the business to survive.
I am only here for the arbitration settlement.
I guess the disappointing thing is that they will be obliged to announce that they are going to wind up the business which will gobble millions of pounds but there should still be a chance to double your money......assuming they win the case!
I find it bizarre that their customer can just ask the court to delay the case considering that they filed the claim in March 2015....what is to stop them asking again for the case to be postponed? I don't understand how that works!
The question is.....do I bail now and look to come back again in 4 months time.

So with current mkt. cap around 20M - multiple suggests an award vales of perhaps at least 3x (any less and they would have used the term double, IMO). Obviously would need to offset the remaining value of the one remaining polysilicon supply contract that's now been extended, if the co. was to be wound up.

Roll on Nov & the new year and hope there are no further delays...

Looks good to me, Mkt Cap entirely covered by cash.

And a shot of an arbitration award of 'multiple of current market cap'

I'm expecting good results tomorrow, a quick swizz through here and it's definitely picked up over the last 6 months:http://m.pv-magazine.com/news/?tx_ttnews%5Bpointer%5D=0&cHash=e4c13b8b84496a92501dd24b0e355b9b

Not sure that this company has missed an announcement before. It always announces on a Thursday. Therefore, the 23rd looks like a typo that was not picked-up. It should have been but hardly a big deal!

Well yes, but they have to be viable enough to make the other crowd know that they will get creamed in court, with legal costs and delays covered?

Personally I am not expecting much in the way of good news on the operational side here I am still here with only one objective...to get the fat payoff from the broken contract.
