I understood this to mean only that the Food, Beverage and Brewery business has been sold and that the Board are continuing to seek the sale of the IP. The description identifies a business sector, its revenues, losses etc., and not the IP. Or maybe I am just being overly optimistic.

i mean the whole story - contracts worth x, y and z...JVs worth x, y and z...£20 broker notes...etc etc...then selling the IP for peanuts...truly incredible

Some recovery going on here. Bought a couple of hundred quids worth and smashed my average purchase price. Let the trend be your friend as they say.
