The following amendment has been made to the Sale of shares and PDMR notification announcement released on 31 July at 17:46 under RNS No 6563M.

- The sale of 60,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company took place on "27 July 2017 and 31 July 2017", replacing "27 January 2017 and 31 July 2017".

All other details remain unchanged.

Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, has today been notified that on 27 July 2017 and 31 July 2017, Richard Jacques, Lettings Director, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold in aggregate 60,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
