Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent providing a new way to buy, sell or let property, announces that on 4 January 2017 options to subscribe for 600,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Options") were granted to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities. The Options have been granted under the Employee Share Option Plan and have an exercise price of GBP1.4025, being the closing price for the Ordinary Shares as at 4 January 2017.

James Kydd, Director of Marketing, has been granted 500,000 Options and David Kavanagh, Chief Technology Officer, has been granted 100,000 options.
