Rocket Fuel..good one, braver than me!

I prefer to sleep well at night and try and avoid unnecessary unpleasant surprises.

Much of my portfolio is going very well, so no need to increase risk. In fact I have started to unwind some of it into cash for the imminent correction.

So we have a crazy valuation here of £780M and Foxtons @ £265M, I know which one I'm adding to big time!

i have been selling our cars and vans for 30 years. sold a few houses my self

but when it comes to negotiating the final price on a house most jo public would

prefer to deal through a third party.

Estate agents do nothing but show people around, been selling my own for years, estate agents will all be gone in a few years or just managing rentals instead of selling, this is the way forward

Most jo public can`t even advertise and sell their own Car

can`t see how they are going to make the leap to selling their own house

not as easy as some think

but good luck to anyone that has rode this one

it will make a great short at some point.

Difficult to comprehend, is Rightmove really just going to sit and watch a new revenue stream emerge, and not only that, this company will become the new Rightmove if it really gain s such traction, could be a shorter dream, they said at last statement that they are doing 100 completions a day, so that is fair revenue, what they charge £600 per deal, do not know, but that is where it starts, interesting but these moves pretty remarkable, could be the biggest mover of the year!

I'm sorry, but this is NOT madness. We have a genuinely disruptive move in this out-dated market and PB is the leading player. if they get it right (and it looks as if they are) the potential is enormous.

Croas

Completely agree.
This is daft. However I always remember buying 1million share in ASOS at 6p and thinking I was a great trader when I sold them some weeks later at 9p

They would be worth in excess of £20,000,000 now.

Do I think this will happen here.

No and I will not buy

As I have pointed out I have been wrong before!!

Why should just Woodford and his chums be able to buy their shares for 220p when the stock closed at 288p today? I want some at that price.

because when they committed to buy them, the share price was about 225p.

If you've got a proxy, vote "Against" resolution 2 disapplication of preemption rights for the £50 million issue at 13 March AGM.
