27/7/2016 12:02 | Looks like a stonking sell, even the directors are bailing out. Out of interest, where are people shorting this at? IG are offering short DFBs but not any other contracts. Not ideal as the costs start to mount up if you hold it for more than about a month. Interactive brokers don't have any stock to borrow either. | the oxford whale

15/7/2016 06:17 | £30m which is rapidly being eroded . Looks like £10m will be disappearing as fast as coral in the Great Barrier Reef as they enter the Aussie market .Operationally still haemmoraging money here .Doesnt leave a lot in the pot to purchase a lettings agency or kicksatrt a new TV campign aimed at this .They arent even competitively priced on the lettings side .Numerous Horror stories appearing on Trustpilot .Maybe they will be seeking a placing -"in for a penny in for a £" to raise some more cash. The yahoo finance failed to flag up the important point is why in an uncertain market why would want to commit to nearly a £1k on the off chance they might introduce a purchaser for their house. No sale no fee sounds pretty good to me - at least you know the agent has every incentive to conjure up a sale. I can na imagine the site will be polluted by a lot of time wasters seeking bargains adding further distress to the experience . I dont think the managemen t is any good apart from policing Trustpilot removing unfavourable reviews .They have had a high turnover of experts who have probably been gagged!Looks like just the 3 of us posting here who have smelled the coffee | hillofwad

14/7/2016 19:58 | The share price has plenty of "artificial" support from original investors When they buy one of the listed lettings agents - It seems they have little choice but to do that or abandon lettings altogetehr it might have a little flip up but yes the current valuation is complete Emperors New clothes | hillofwad
14/7/2016 18:58 | Thanks hillofwad One thing that does concern me is that it's an aim stock and I am not a fan of aim but I have not seen an opportunity like this for a while | equalibrium
