Puretech Health Takeover Rumours (PRTC)

Pretty sure it hasn’t. Maybe we have been tipped somewhere, takeover rumours or someone is building a stake. PRTC historically are not leaky and i don’t think we are due any imminent news. Its a pretty big move on good volume

Any ideas why we shot up today? I didn’t see anything in the Karuna results announcement that wasn’t already in the market. Maybe reconfirming the takeover removed any lingering doubt. Glad we all loaded up over the past few weeks!

Downtrend line from a 2021 peak of 415 is now £2 so the upcoming news on proceeds and promised dividend regarding bmy takeover is what we await and other processes that have been touted from company,so undervalued but I will wait till we break this barrier to add

To be honest never thought I’d see puretech under £2 again after the takeover longtermers still underwater but here’s hoping true value will be outed here.personally hoping prtc to be taken out which will be north of£3 easy

Surely with Puretech having some much cash , with more cash to come that BMS will take over this company as it saves paying out future royalties . Only a couple of years of royalties will equal this market cap . Also as it’s a cash takeover the Karuna institutions must be thinking of taking bigger holdings in PRTC .
