|Interim results this morning were encouraging. Change of accounting period makes it a bit messy, but an annual 7p dividend is targeted and should be reachable, given that many of the investments are secured loans rather than equity. (Next dividend should be for year to 31 March 2014).
Some emphasis on housebuilding should be profitable.
NAV at 15 March was 72.59p.
The quoted spread of 63p - 78p is prohibitive, but 5,000 shares were easy to buy at 73p this morning.|
