12/6/2013 15:58 | No interest I suppose davidosh :) | greedfear
20/5/2013 16:56 | Thank you for taking the initiative, I appreciate it! Alas I'm living abroad so London would be as inconvenient as Jersey. | greedfear
20/5/2013 12:18 | Notice of Annual General Meeting Public Service Properties Investments Limited (AIM: PSPI) announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 11(th) June 2013 at 7 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3NP. As most of us and probably ALL are unlikely to be able to go to the Agm in Jersey is there any interest in me arranging a meeting with the chairman and property manager in London shortly after of before that date ? | davidosh
23/4/2013 18:37 | Indeed. It is not often that any of us get out with a profit when things go as wrong as they have here. However I thought the lucky escape was being able to sell as many as I, and a good few others did, on the day the bad news was released about the strategic review last April. There must have been someone with an order in on the morning of the RNS. I had a similar experience with TEL when I managed to sell at a reasonable price despite appalling news. Mostly my experience has been different unfortunately when similar situations arise. | kimboy2
23/4/2013 18:21 | Kimboy2 - that was a lucky escape - well done!! | kenny
23/4/2013 14:35 | Their UK assets are leased to EC so may be the value may well be dependent on EC's performance. Kenny - surprisingly I did OK as I bought mostly around 10-12p. The rest I had bought at 45p in 2009 and then of course there was the open offer at 70p. Anyway I didn't want to sell before April as I didn't want to add to my CGT. 10p was clearly a ridiculous price. | kimboy2
23/4/2013 14:07 | that book value depends heavily on the performance of the remaining UK assets which are let to European Care Is that correct? I thought that there was no material book value for the equity they hold in the EC estate? Am I wrong? | adam
19/4/2013 18:23 | How much did you lose, overall? | kenny
19/4/2013 16:08 | Well I sold the last of mine today. I think that there is still some upside but that there are better opportunities out there. | kimboy2
18/4/2013 11:21 | Agreed. Public Service Properties Inv Ltd Final Results | fangorn2
18/4/2013 11:13 | Today's results certainly suggest the Co. is on a sounder footing. | hosede
21/3/2013 08:56 | Not that I am aware, though with such concentrated shareholdings it is possible that there is a bid being worked on. Less suspiciously it could be explained by a simple re-rating. Shares are still at over 50% discount to NAV with loans being amortised rapidly. | adam
21/3/2013 08:49 | Thanks. I often wonder what it is that causes people to suddenly decide to move into a share that has been languishing for a while and drive the price up significantly in the absence of any news - but I am not complaining! Regards | c1d
21/3/2013 08:37 | It appears to me that volume has picked up a lot in the last week or so but could be mistaken. | monis
21/3/2013 08:30 | Have not seen any news. Think punters looking at NAV approx 40-45p per share, business slimmed down and more manageable and should throw off some cash, bought at 13p on the basis they could go to 30p without any more bad news. There has been very little stock around in recent weeks. AO | a0148009
21/3/2013 08:29 | Not in the public domain. | kimboy2
21/3/2013 08:17 | Has there been any news that I have missed to explain the sharp rise in the share price recently? Regards | c1d
06/2/2013 07:54 | Monis, To see a list of dividend payment dates and amounts, just click on the Financials button at the very top of this page. The last dividend paid by PSPI was 2.5p on 29/11/2011. | swiftnick
05/2/2013 17:48 | Not the wrong thread and over £300 thanks. It was the tax return year ended 5-04-2012. | fenners66
05/2/2013 11:44 | Not. Guess they're on the wrong thread. | greedfear
05/2/2013 11:20 | When were dividends paid for this company? | monis
04/2/2013 18:24 | Has to be put in the foreign section if over £300 in total, otherwise I think you can include it with the UK. Payment was made gross with no dividend tax credit. Not something we will need to worry about in 2012/13! | swiftnick |
