Right, that was dry!.

From my notes fwiw ...$200 million annual interest savings on the debt passed to MNG, $170 million annual cost saving on operational costs post de-merger to come.

PRU stress they like counter cyclical investment, they've done this in the past,
re current headwinds.

PRU BOD clearly taking Third Point seriously, as the presentation appeared
to a answer the Third Point letter directly - all imv only, as always.. etc.

Just watching the call, CEO looks tired. Perhaps the result of Daniel breathing down his neck.

Lud, reckon we would be north of £14 without coronovirus, with ease.

On the face of it and all things considered they don't look to bad to me, just think what the share price would have been if Con 19 had not arrived on the world scene.

Results look OKisk on a very quick scan, referencing slowing sales growth re the
virus in HK and China. Not sure how the market will react.

Did you manage to get any Shell in the end?.

Pru usually highly conservative on financials, at least that has been the
case up to now. They also appeared to unload a large chunk of debt to MNG
on the split?.

Pru is going to fall a bit, Just think of all those high yielding investments / bond they will have made to get a return on their cash. Once the downgrades start coming on the companies they hold bonds in.....
