03/2/2017 13:26 | On Target You are correct and I do apologise, I did misunderstand that. However I am glad to bought back in at .30. ATB. | simon_64
03/2/2017 13:08 | simon_64, I was referring to your comment that '..PROX have not asked for the last £600k drawdown so if they decide not to take it..' It's Darwin who will decide if and when the rest of the loan notes get converted. As the RNS says there are 32 loan notes remaining, so even if the current batch have all been sold (of which there is no proof), there's a lot more shares still to come. | on target
03/2/2017 13:06 | On Target Sorry but you are the one talking nonsense, they have sold the shares already as you know. Vince I knew you knew who they were. | simon_64
03/2/2017 13:03 | Extract from the above: Small cap brokers FinnCap and WH Ireland recently agreed to let Darwin Strategic, part owned by Henderson Investors, market its equity financing facilities to their clients. Darwin is the latest recruit to a band of investors, including Lanstead and Yorkville Advisors from the US, offering cash-strapped companies access to regular funds in return for shares. end end end Looks like both RNSs used the wrong company name. Shorting, appears to be one of the main processes in Darwin STRATEGIC Limited's strategy in 'helping' AIM companies. Going back to the December RNS: £80000 fee for financing; warrants, which offer a further return if the underlying share price goes up; exercising the loan at a discount to the 'best five days' in the last twenty; Wish I could afford to offer financing on these terms. | vinceelliott
03/2/2017 13:02 | simon_64, Darwin decides how many of the loan notes get converted, not the company. So I'm afraid your theory is nonsense. | on target
03/2/2017 12:35 | Bill Vince already knew who Darwin were. Lucky for you and the rest of the holders Darwin have pre sold all the shares, but PROX have not asked for the last £600k drawdown so if they decide not to take it which is most likely probable now Darwin have to buy back £600k worth of shares they have already shorted and no doubt they will have their acolytes trying to spread fear on the BB's so they can get them as cheap as possible. | simon_64
03/2/2017 12:21 | Darwin are a company who provide finance to small companies and in this case was hoped to be a bridge until DPD is sold. They regrettably forward sell the shares they have been promised and at present have sold over 50% of them and once they are clear then no downward pressure on the share price That is a short version. Check out the RNS | billthebank
03/2/2017 11:37 | Sorry, but, who or what are Darwin Capital Ltd? The only company I have found is a sole trader (financial consultant) called Nigel Kenyan. :( | vinceelliott
03/2/2017 11:13 | It does look like we are about to have a short squeeze to the tune of about 600k here. Glad I loaded up at .30. | simon_64
03/2/2017 10:40 | It has already dropped the good times are to come I believe. Bargain territory. IMO | hazl
03/2/2017 10:24 | As above post 5643 2017 looks very exciting for PROX. So I am happy to hold . Don't want to part with loads of commission money unnecessarily by jumping in and out . IMO | hazl |
