Great news this morning 're Darwin.As I understand it then over 50% of the loan notes have moved on as they have all been forward sold. Won't be long with trading at its current rate for proc to be clear of Darwin.This is great news

and another Darwin Death Dilution this morning taking the shares in issue to over £2 billion.

one thing I learned years ago was NEVER invest in Darwin invested stocks due to excessive dilution. the only time to get involved is after the dilution death spiral has finished.

13.12.16...Darwin funding £1.8m of 80 CLN's(£25k each) + 75.6m warrants
05.01.17...Darwin took £300,000 (12 of 80 CLN's)
03.02.17...Darwin took £900,000 (36 of 80 CLN's)

Were 1,720,970,094 shares in issue prior to Darwin, now 2,116,393,988 shares in issue with a lot more to come.

am looking to invest here but will wait for the remaining £600k + warrants are issued and the share price stabilises. 2017 looks very exciting for PROX...after Darwin exit stage left.

I see 4 massive trades totalling 475 million shares took place on 31 January 2017. Does this suggest Proxama's independence is under threat and the Company is now in play?

I see one of Proxama's partners is re-branding itself from Mobile Gamer Network to Nearby Media Limited.

And according to its website



is the fastest growing beacon network in the UK and Europe. Very interesting !!!

Billthebank I have some excellent news for you.

There are actually websites on the internet where you can view the prices of your share investments, so you no longer have to rely on them being posted on a discussion board!

Those two large late reported trades are from yesterday so wouldn't have impacted on today's price action. Perhaps more offloading by Darwin.

Looking a lot better trading wise than of late so hoping to a&e this rise back upwards.with this kind of trading going on no idea what will happen if for sale was announced!!!!

We all know what's going on bapodra but at least it breaks the monotony of waiting for the the news of the sale, or even overwhelming contract-news would be quite nice. 8-)
