It may be that they haven't altered their holding but their proportion has changed with the recent increase,in total of shares, due to directors purchases etc but I'm not sure if I'm honest.

I think its also best to be open-minded.
I am realistic but enthusiastic, when I find a company or product that meets my criteria of likely future trends.

look at them sells now 3.5m dumped and bid gone down to 1.13p.

surely that tells you something.

You know what im not saying anything on this thread till interims. In the meantime if/when a placing happens theres going to be some folks on here that will lose all credibility.

Do tou trust anything a AIM ceo says? Just recently a CEO interviewed stated that the only way to buy into his company was via the open market. 2 weeks later a placing happened!!

Have you not read the rns issued in June and July? They are clear imo about funding through until the end of next year or sooner once cash flow positive. We all share the frustration of a weaker price but there it is.

Actually money has been coming in very well if you look back, we are about to get the interims which will give more detail on income. The RNS yesterday was about 13 million shares, ie hardly any value at all.

Cats wiskers is a twit hoping for cheap shares and trying to stir up trouble on this thread.

It is in a complicated position in some ways,but not an unhealthy one,in my opinion.
At least it has the D Payments division to sell,some firms would have to rely on passing the 'hat round'.

Just to save any further speculation the exercised shares total matches exactly the number of options held by a Miles L Quitmann who resigned from the company on 27th March 2015.The only questions that remain are why exercise them now and does he intend keeping them ?

I doubt they'll need another placing immediately - I'd think the £1.9m (after expenses) raised in June should at least last until the end of the year. Plus doesn't the payments division make some profit? It just depends what the monthly cash burn is from the Beacon division? - at present it is still very much in the investment phase.
