After the litigation business is over, perhaps the news will start to flow.

Your question - why don't you do it yourself? TBH I haven't the techie savvy for it.

Perhaps you'll give it some thought.

Herm... I've had a look back through some previous RNS'S. It looks like Brandon were given some warrants in connection with the recent placing/fund raising exercise,which they appear to have converted into shares and looks like their directors have purchased some as well. But what does this all mean, especially as final outcome of transocean case due this week?

Not really sure about this Herm. I'm going to do a bit more digging around. It looks to me as if SEA have gone into administration. Could the administrator have offloaded their shares to Brandon? Hope that Boldy updates the website today and that might throw a bit more light on this mystery. Tis a hell of a big shareholding to be announced in one lump....especially as trading has been fairly light the last few weeks.

Just had a quick look at the logp website and so far it has not reflected this change in the list of major shareholders. I'm wondering if SEA or LC Capitol have divested some of their holdings here?

That's interesting. Pretty substantial interest imo. And a bit of a mystery how they managed to build up such a large holding, given the small number of trades reported recently. An off market deal (s) ?

Mr Justice Popplewell ruled in our favour in the original trial in December 2014 - so at least he knows the form of Transocean!

After last Friday's hearing of the Part 36 claim by Transocean, Mr Justice Popplewell will be making a ruling this week. A ruling now in favour of Transocean would be costly for Providence and quite negative for Lansdowne:

"Lansdowne shall have an option, exercisable on one or more occasions at any time for 12 months from Admission, to require Brandon Hill Capital to use its reasonable endeavours to procure subscribers for new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to raise up to an aggregate additional £500,000 (the "Additional Placing"). This will be at the lower of 1 penny per share or the price that is a 10% discount to the closing mid-market share price of the Company's ordinary shares on the day on which the Company requests Brandon Hill Capital to undertake an Additional Placing. To the extent it is unable to procure subscribers for the requisite number of new ordinary shares, Brandon Hill Capital will itself subscribe for such new ordinary shares at such price. Exercise of the option is conditional, inter alia, upon the Company being required to reimburse Providence Resources in respect of further costs and/or awards associated with the Transocean Dispute and the proceeds of the Additional Placing must be applied by the Company for this purpose."
