17/10/2016 17:19 | "In the meantime, it has to make decisions about what else to sell, in addition to the latest sell off of assets including some in the North Sea, Ireland and the Philippines". Article re Shell in Sunday Times. Does that mean Corrib? | rogerlin
17/10/2016 13:46 | Steel,Bet "tankles" wont support the shalers like obama did! | hermana3
17/10/2016 13:34 | "I think that Saudi Arabia, OPEC and the Russians hope that yes some U.S. production will come back but $50 to $60 is probably not enough to resurrect the entire U.S. shale complex," Helima Croft, managing director and global head of commodity strategy at RBC Capital Markets, told CNBC Friday. "I don't think they are aiming for $70 to $80, because I don't think they want to bring it all back," she said. Croft added that Russia and the Middle East want a "steady grind higher, not a gallop" in terms of prices. In their most recent note RBC capital markets see WTI and Brent averaging $51 per barrel and $53 per barrel over the rest of 2016, before increasing to $56.50 per barrel and $59 per barrel on average in 2017. | steelwatch
17/10/2016 13:28 | On the way down again? | cgod
17/10/2016 10:37 | Hear hear! | funtimejonny
17/10/2016 10:09 | For a change all seems positive at the moment, thankfully. Personally I really need this share price to rocket, I bought at EUR3.50 and its dragging down my 3 share(!) portfolio and dramatically negating my Green REIT and Bank of Ireland profits. Fingers crossed for good news soon so we can all breathe easier once more. | pjd2000
17/10/2016 08:57 | No rns issued today regarding Fridays proceedings in the courts! | funtimejonny
16/10/2016 21:37 | Yep, hoping timing of 15 Sept hunch purchase to quadruple holding wasn't a bigga mistaka t'maka! Also hoping JOS prognosis regarding absence of complicated faulting on de money too! | steelwatch
16/10/2016 20:53 | herm - I agree. As well as buying into PVR I added to LOGP tv | thevoid
16/10/2016 20:17 | I agree with Richie that Barryroe deal is close. Getting the funding in Summer wouldn't have happened if indications of an upcoming Barryroe deal were not hinted on. | hermana3
16/10/2016 12:45 | Good morning all, My comment re a farmout deal for Barryroe is simple. It will not happen before Druid is drilled. My reasoning is the next drill on BR there will be very complex due to the compartmental issue. A Barryroe drill will happen either with PVR as the operator of if not then who ever has taken over PVR. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
16/10/2016 11:53 | Yes...If all the cards fall right and Barryroe and Spanish Point can be farmed out as well as getting a partner for Druid, then I can see this on many multiples of the present lowly share price. Sooner the better we can start seeing some of the building blocks falling into place! | funtimejonny
16/10/2016 11:19 | Barryroe deal will be done before Christmas to support drilling window next year. Confident all due diligence has been done to death. Been 3yrs in the making. The Key people involved are in the know including the institutions. Wouidnt be suprised Druid and Spanish point could also play a part of the deal. | feelbo2
16/10/2016 10:35 | FTJ - Forget TOR Snr - he's toast. The game is now down to the institutions and Pageant in particular as the "swing" influence now. TOR's service contract is up for renewal next year too - no farm in and he's toast and he knows it. I continue to believe that a Barryroe deal is imminent and the volume seen per the chart above in recent weeks tells us all we need to know. Smoke signals... Incidentally the chart signals a move to 25/30p if we break 13-14p. Seems to be consolidating around the placing price as we chew through last of loose stock. Technically this is v constructive. | richie666
16/10/2016 10:26 | Could it be that this purchase has been made on behalf of Sir Anthony. ... | funtimejonny
16/10/2016 09:52 | Will be interesting to see if Fridays buyer is already on the register. | hermana3
15/10/2016 11:11 | Take a look here GD - That my friend is the City at it's "finest" - from the weak hands to the strong and no doubt the insiders. Volume is always a good smoke signal... | richie666
15/10/2016 11:10 | There was a court proceedings yesterday to tie up some "loose ends" with regards to the Providence vs Transocean saga. I wonder does anybody know what the outcome was? Richie....PVR was my nemesis all right! | funtimejonny
15/10/2016 11:05 | riche, Only partly. I got out of PVR pre consolidation. Lost money on LOGP. Also in those days being a novice made some right blunders. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
15/10/2016 10:56 | FTJ/GD - All courtesy of our Dear Leader I presume? | richie666
15/10/2016 10:51 | You too GD...Down to the damp proof course here at my end. | funtimejonny
15/10/2016 10:38 | FTJ, Those 1.3m shares were not mine. Could have afforded to buy them 9 years back. I am just like most of us here. Getting by. Enjoy your weekend, GD | greatfull dead |
