02/10/2015 13:01 | Quote of the week was DB telling us in an aside after the formailities were completed that it woulkd be just great if the shareholders started to bang the drum a bit more about FF!!! Brass neck or what!!!He obviously aside from worrying about the gravy train ending must have fallen from the same tree as the former ceo. You could scarcely make it up. | redprince

01/10/2015 17:55 | Wheelds; "the partnership between the million dollar global company DSM and our Provexis is getting closer and closer and it will not belong before DSM buys us out at a good price ... " If you can't imagine how that might be dangerous, then all I can say is that you're too ignorant to know you're ignorant. We're talking AIM here, they can do more or less what they want at PI's expense. You were right to say ".. I hope." Trouble is your hope is not reassuring and plastering your opinion all over the boards actually tells the money boys that they're dealing with idiots. | librag
01/10/2015 17:13 | Why the carp you say:- The fact that DSM has agreed to allow the new product to be called Fruitflow plus Omega 3 and not Omega 3 plus Fruitflow and three DSM executives were at Proveix's last AGM and actually answered many of the questions and stated it takes 3 to 4 years to get a new product/name globally recognised and the fact that Omega 3 is already a house hold name around the world, leads me to believe, the partnership between the million dollar global company DSM and our Provexis is getting closer and closer and it will not belong before DSM buys us out at a good price I hope. (call it carp if you like) | wheelds
01/10/2015 15:52 | Terry, if you're bored why don't you four cough? :) Wheelds, let me guess, you've posted the same carp on ALL the boards. But why? | librag
01/10/2015 15:20 | New product to be called Fruitflow Plus Omega3 and to be sold directly via Provexis/DSM's web site. With share holders getting a promotional discount code. Once, this gets going it should bring in regular (ie monthly orders) directly to Provexis. Note:- Omega 3 is one of DSMs most successful products so it looks like the DSM/Provexis partnership Is getting closer to me. | wheelds
01/10/2015 15:13 | It looks like to me that DSM is going all out and making sure its got plenty of cash to go for it. DSM our nutritional partner in Fruitflow is making big moves to allow it "To focus more on its nutrition and high-performance materials business." Hopefully, this will mean we will soon have over 50 products worldwide with our Fruitflow in it and DSM backing us all the way. Read more at: "Under the deal, DSM will place its polymer intermediates and composite resins businesses into a new company, with CVC taking a 65 percent stake and DSM retaining 35 percent. " "The Dutch company expects to receive at least 300 million euros ($329.7 million) in cash from CVC for the sale, and may receive up to an additional 175 million euros later if the new company meets undisclosed performance goals. " "DSM said the disposal will make its earnings less cyclical and allow it to focus on its nutrition and high-performance materials business." Read more at: | wheelds

04/9/2015 17:32 | Not sure that's right Rich. Our IP underpins more than just FF via DSM. The RNS also said that lab based work was successful and that a small clinical trial is to follow. Early days but great potential. Pharma here we come. ps. Hi SS. :) Joining the party? | librag
04/9/2015 16:11 | Nice rise of the bottom with that inverse h@s pattern. | terrys trousers
04/9/2015 16:05 | Standard warnings which have to state the ultimate risks a company might face but there is only one product so we are a "one trick pony". | rich1952
04/9/2015 15:57 | While I'm still optimistic for PXS, please can those more expert among us, expand and or explain the following. In this instance, I decided to actually read all the information supplied and they state further in, that if there is a challenge to the patent, they may not have sufficient funds to defend the challenge and would place them in significant financial exposure. They also mentioned that in any event, their ability to remain financially viable is solely dependent on the Fruitflow product and that if DSM decided to pull back on funding in the future, again, this would place them in a 'cliff edge' position! Thanks in advance. | oldham45
04/9/2015 12:53 | From report:- "Provexis Narrows Annual Loss As Fruitflow Product Grows Strong Sales" Plus they have applied for patent protection up to Nov. 2029; DSM and Provexis are clearly confident for the future and soon to be launched DSM's omega 3 plus Fruitflow with the governments of USA, Canada, New Zealand China, Japan, Asia, Russia, Europe and here at home looking closely at heart health matters relative to Prevention is better and cheaper then cure; and it just happens that DSM is soon to launch there latest new heart product; - Omega 3 plus added Fruitflow. All looking good to me. | wheelds
04/9/2015 07:34 | Results show an improving situation, should have enough cash to continue as going concern and able to quote good revenue growth. These are Audited results too. Might see some share price improvement, good luck. | senor_sensible
31/8/2015 13:09 | Flyfitflow is one of our Fruitflow plus products and is now on sale in 50 airports across USA and the importance of maintaining healthy blood flow while flying is now catching on:- The report says:- "The importance of nutrition for flying is gaining recognition, Kollau believes. He points to innovations such as the FlyFit 'fatigue fighting' juice range, which claims to improve blood flow, and is now sold at 50 airports." Plus: "According to the National Air Traffic Controllers Association there are over 87,000 flights that crisscross the United States everyday" . Hence, its taking its time but looks like to me that our Fruitflow health benefits is starting to be recognised and Flyfitflow is just one of our 46 Fruitflow plus products now on sale around the globe.| | wheelds
