16/9/2013 09:00 | Shame? Are you kidding, this is a contract from new bought company not PPS Motor, big one has not arrived yet... | ertugrul
16/9/2013 08:33 | Thanks for theemail Ertugrul - shame today's news is under £1m contract over 2 years - doubt they will announce a large contract win like £5m + | euclid5
16/9/2013 08:12 | Ignore him, he's an idiot. Also posting rubbish on the ACTA bb. Profile created 26 Aug 2013 and over 800 post and all rubbish. My guess is he has a 1 month free upgrade and will revert back to some other idiot shortly. It fools like this who discourage folk from investing in companies like PPS and ACTA, when they would now have already doubled their money. | encarter
16/9/2013 08:10 | 5p will be a realistic target for next con2 | ertugrul
16/9/2013 07:47 | What is this prank talking about. | ertugrul
16/9/2013 07:43 | Pretty pathetic actually. Wonder what margin it is ? No comment from Siemens ? I doubt healthcare buyers are that interested in high tech they will just be looking for low cost solutions so did PPS 'win' this contract by simply underpricing ? Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity | stockologist
16/9/2013 07:34 | Multi million SEV commercialise truck and vans will be the next massive contract.Watch the space | ertugrul
16/9/2013 07:18 | Superb news. This is only a start m8. | ertugrul
16/9/2013 07:13 | UPS Systems - largest project in company's history won for SPower | nw99
16/9/2013 07:08 | Contract won with a giant company. Siemenshttp://www.in | ertugrul
15/9/2013 09:28 | I think PPS has taken all necessary steps. It is a new and great tech. Now it's time to bring to bigger market | ertugrul
14/9/2013 18:15 | To a point I must agree with you - the SEV trial has been going for a few years - why the long term trial period plus the Ferry contract - why have they not earned anything fronm this contract & why have other Ferry co's not signed up to them either way they need £5m pa costs & even if the LT deal comes off I don't think it would be valued at more than £5m | euclid5
14/9/2013 18:11 | PPS is a disaster and a bull trap. Two years on from this why have they not sold any systems in volume ? What is there idea of a 'successful trial' ? Why did it not lead to any sales ? you hardly hear Tanfield/SEV talking up PPS, they don't seem to give a fig for PPS or PPS's technology. Find me one mention of PPS in Tanfield or SEV's recent results statements ? Look how much money has been thrown at this Company and yet they can only achieve 'revenue' of less than £1m ? What exactly is that 'Revenue' are they selling units in volume or are they counting 'grants' as Revenue ? Highlights: · Turnover increased by 273% to £718,000 (2009: £193,000) · Secured 6,480,000 of new funding from convertible loans (2009: £3,930,000) · Loss: £3,018,000 (2009 Loss: £4,888,000) · Convertible loan facility was extended to 7.56 million of which 6.34 million has been drawn down · Successful trial results of fuel cell range extender, developed with Smith Electric Vehicles ("SEV") · Awarded grant funding worth 9.2 million from the National Innovation Programme ("NIP") · Triple Hybrid Bus with Skoda Electric in the Czech Republic upgraded with new system based on the latest PM200 stack fuel cell stack | stockologist
14/9/2013 17:59 | I agree, but what is the commercial value of the L Transport deal - for example if they sell the REX systems at £10k each x 368 it's only a £3.68m deal nothing large really | euclid5
14/9/2013 07:41 | I am confident. Proton is now on edge of commercialisation | ertugrul
13/9/2013 22:15 | it's ok I don't think he will reply as it is inside info - hopefully he will come back to you on my last batch of short questiions - but good to see he mentioned in his emaail the TOC worked for the Diesel Elect Hybrid buses as there are 368 of these - if they get a commercial deal to cover all this fleet we are winners | euclid5
13/9/2013 17:27 | not sure, you may need to give a phone call to the MD to discuss all these | ertugrul
13/9/2013 17:23 | yes but will they sell them or lease / rent out the REX systems & how much are they each & will they take them across all their entire fleet or just part of the fleet to start with ? | euclid5
13/9/2013 16:52 | I take the "deal is soon" as that in short period, not like last Q if 14. One or two months latest. If they can get that sort of deal than it will trigger much bigger deals imo. Potential is massive..... All imo | ertugrul
13/9/2013 16:39 | he mentioned first comm deals soon - take it that could be in the 4Q14 - mentioned the TCO tests proven so can be used on the Diesel EH buses - really difficult to calculate the value of this deal with L Transport & the NPV value what do you think if they get the deal with all the 368 buses | euclid5
13/9/2013 13:43 | dropped with no trade, spread is much smaller now. | ertugrul
13/9/2013 13:24 | from the below info - what have the company earned in fees from this contract since 2011 - see this is the issue in being able to understand & value PPS - what income if any have they earned from the 2 below deals - seems nothing at all? please ask him this also if you can On November 24th 2011 - Proton announced the award of a service contract from the Hamburg-based tourist ferry operator ATG Alster-Touristik GmbH ("ATG"), which operates within its fleet the world's first Hydrogen powered ferry boat, the 'Alsterwasser'. also from the below from pg 14 hxxp://www.protonpow Exhibit 8(i) shows the 'triple hybrid' city bus developed by Proton in partnership with Skoda Electric, the Linde Group and UJV. The unique power train has received one- off TÜV certification and the prototype bus has been in commercial operation on the streets of Neratovice near Prague in the Czech Republic since 2009. The bus has won several prizes within the Czech Republic and was nominated for the prestigious Hermes award at the 2010 Hannover Fair. ttp://www.protonpowe | euclid5
13/9/2013 11:31 | Ok, i sent the email. | ertugrul
13/9/2013 11:09 | Will they be agreeing a commercial deal to instal the Range Extender systems into the Diesel Electric Hybrid buses across all their bus fleet of 368 buses Will they be installing these also across their Fuel cell bus fleet Will there be any for of a trial / testing period before London Transport sign up the contract Is the Lon Transport deal based on their Range Extender System or their HyRange fuel cell system How close are they to a SEV commercial deal - a few months Are they in several commercial discussions with other Bus & truck manufacturers - & based on the history are they many many months away or can we expect some news in the 4Q2013 to be released | euclid5 |
