I can't imagine that a placing to provide funds for acquisitions wouldn't be undetaken if they didn't have any acquisitions in mind. I think the high demand for shares at the moment is probably in anticipation of a period of accelerated growth at PRO.

Yeah, the fact that PRO have managed to ride the storm thus far and seem to be heading upwards after the announcement of a double dip recession is very encouraging. If they can create a good footing over the next 12-18 months this really could be a superb investment.

Looking at the 3 year chart (post 2009 TMN oblivion) this has been trending upwards very nicely from the 3p suspension price. Won't be adding any just yet but on the next retrace I may well do so. Seems to be largely under the radar?

SOLG looks exciting over the current months. New CEO looking for new prospects, a JV partner for another sitr and new from Newmont on another project. I think your 35p target price is fair fot the time being, but this company could explode. The next 2/3 years are vital

Wow, thought I was looking at the wrong share for a moment :). IMHO these will motor when the global economy gets back up to full speed again, in the interim management are positioning the company to take full advantage.

Interesting. Look forward to seeing who they buy. Also happy with Dansons move on the 8 million loan. Things are certainly moving, lets hope it pays off. Could be a interesting 12 months!

I think you're being a tad harsh. Looking at the share price on 21st March he probably paid around same as placing price, and the rocketing of the price beyond the placing price could not be a cert- many companies see their price depressed when they do a placing.

Just two weeks before the placing that would see them rocket. Do you think he knew something chaps? do you think if we had known the same it would have been a bit fairer?

Wasn't Mark Freebairn lucky to have bought all those shares on the 21st March?

As I've said before, a director buying shares is always a postive sign .... roll on 30p!

I,m fine Om,IBG was certainly exciting in the first few years until that crazy
RNS when Maz seemed to commit hara-kiri and subsequently sold us all out to
TMN in a bad deal for IBG holders.
I sold most of my TMN shares when Danson was buying and only held a few when
TMN was taken over and sold them. The good fortune he had with selling his company
for £500m seems to of eluded him here
