|Looks like things are finally happening at Procarbon and I think it will be worth the wait...|
|A very good bit about Chris Green
|But why this share?|
|Tax relief ;-)|
|So the question is why has Lydia got such a large stake in Procarbon?|
Keep doing research!
How about this!
Lydia Boarlaza is manager of "Madagascar Oil SA"
|Thanks Hyper, the LSE don't even list contact details apart from an address to: Independent Corporate Services Pty Ltd
Willis Holdings: 9.1%
Trellis Capital: 8.9%
Lydia Boarlaza: 8.9%
Private Trust Corporation: 8.3%
I think I'll forget about investigating this any further I think.
|Graeme Kenneth Matcham is mentioned in the following
Look at page 45|
|"This Australian energy and natural resources speculator joined AIM having raised zero capital but with cash balances of around $250,000. The investment minnow, which plans to make punts through joint ventures and acquisitions, is currently in negotiations over a prospect in one of the 'relatively underdeveloped regions of the Middle East'. The group will seek to raise funds when a deal seems likely."
You might be right and you might be wrong!
Who knows ? They clearly don't want any publicity, and any trade in it by an 'outsider' would be no more than guess work imo.|
|Mike, I've looked on a few search engines and come up with nothing. They don't even put contact details on anything, not even their RNS's so I can't call them.
I also posted on the Fool board to see if anyone knew any details and no luck there either.
This stock seems interesting but I can't investigate if there are no details !!
Why would a company listed on the AIM not promote themselves at all - my thinking is that the majority of the shares are privatly held (by the board or large institutions maybe) ???|
I don't follow this at all. I only noticed it as it comes up in green writing on my list of threads, as I started it for some reason.
As I recall, when I looked at it initially, I also could find nothing about the company.
Have you tried a better search engine than the vastly overrated google ?|
|Up 30% today but still has a massive 35% spread !!!|
|Hey Mike, can you shed any light on the share price or do you have a company website - I can't find one on google !!!
|Anyone going to the egm in Perth ?|
|Thanks Encarter, I see that now but I have another question:
137m shs being issued @ 2p p/s which comes to GBP 2,740,450
160m shs currently in issue @ 0.0125p approx p/s which comes to GBP 2m
This comes to an average mkt price of 0.01625p p/s.
Obviously if the market value of the share has dropped, then when the new issued shares beging trading the market will find an average for the full 297m shares.
My thinking is that the share price after the 137m has been listed is going to be considerably higher than the current market price as I can't explain a drop of 45% in one day just because new shares are being issued ? The new issue of shares have been paid for at todays opening price of 2p !
I haven't really looked into this company like I would normally but I would appreciate your comments.|
|Yes - but they are getting cash for that and it isn't changing the share structure so doesn't explain the drop....or have I missed something?|
the big fella
|adding another 140m shares 28 Oct.|
|Why's there such a massive drop in this share price ? I've not looked at this stock but it's the biggest looser today and I can't see why at a quick glance ?|
|hello - why the rise!|
|And from the man who tries to free ADVFN from rampers .....

BREAKING NEWS IN THE SUNDAY TIMES!!
There is no article in the ST today, for the first time in weeks.
It almost feels like a massive buy recommendation.
As far as I can see from www.newsnow.co.uk., there are no headline articles on Regal anywhere in the papers today.
Now what the hell is that if it's not a pure blatent RAMP !|

|In November 04 Mike Crowsoft inflicted ADVFN with his pestilential presence.
Since then, in his no less than 31 self created posts, he has come to represent everything that is wrong with the retail investor. We've all made mistakes, but crowtwit specialises in them. Share after share thread see's him ramping away merrily, unaware that he is such an idiot.
Hence big losses on them for him, including lately, Google Lastminute.Com.
Also, of course, for anyone unfortunate, or foolish enough, to take heed of his opinions.
At first, many people took note of him and his posting style, but eventually, he became an icon of all that is wrong with your typical retail investor.
Dislike turned to sympathy, sympathy turned to dislike, and now dislike has turned to deification.
A wealth warning tattooed on his forehead should be mandotory.|
