04/10/2016 17:54 | Something else afoot here. Lots of buying from 2:30 out of the blue. Yeah results coming but this is something else imho. Another acquisition perhaps? | lewis winthorpe
04/10/2016 15:06 | this one is working well for me. topsliced at over 150p a little time ago and added back today at 136p. suspect we will get a move back up now in anticipation of good results next week. | melody9999
30/9/2016 14:47 | I liked this sentence from the August update: "I am delighted to be able to report the substantial progress in all areas of the Group's business over the past year. Our revenue visibility indicators have advanced substantially and this underpins my confidence in the Group's future prospects." | mfhmfh
30/9/2016 13:13 | Just topped up ahead of the Premlims on the 12th @ 131p Nothing much should have changed from: "Our core business is growing strongly and I am particularly pleased with the high levels of new deal intake and retention rates. Further, our capability to sell more into our current customer base, a key element of our strategy going forward, is starting to deliver with up-sell and cross-sell activity at record levels." | martinthebrave
30/9/2016 09:44 | Cant figure this one nothing has changed since the TS and final results in a couple of weeks. Full buying opp IMHO | lewis winthorpe
23/9/2016 08:45 | added more today. results on 12th October. | mfhmfh
19/9/2016 10:46 | top-up opportunity. IMHO. | mfhmfh
13/9/2016 09:36 | In comparison to Tungsten, Proactis is undervalued IMO. Cashflow positive. Should be trading in the 200s in no time. Someone is scooping these up? | stocky
09/9/2016 15:03 | Henderson's have sold 610,000 shares in the last 2 months The buyer yet to be revealed.. maybe it was Sopra Steria? | pj0077
09/9/2016 14:52 | I'm yet to see a holdings RNS to state who has picked them up? Must have been outside of PIs surely L. | lewis winthorpe
09/9/2016 14:35 | Henderson's holding now down to 3.56million (8.94% of the company) A year ago (7th Sep 15) it was 8.7million (21.98% of the company) So that's over 5million of selling pressure that the share price has withstood! | pj0077
07/9/2016 15:54 | It looks like a strategically important move into the wider EU market. No £ value immediately but potentially very useful going forward with EU compliant spend analysis from PHD plus attached the other capabilities they offer. Very useful. Strong buy if I wasn't already fully weighted in PHD. | p1nkfish
07/9/2016 15:34 | Very interesting development. Very. | p1nkfish
05/9/2016 10:23 | new highs now. happy days. not too surprising really when you look at the last TU on 11/8 as below: New names and product penetration -- 46 new name deals (2015: 39), an increase of 18%, including 29 (2015: 20) on long term subscription contracts -- GBP6.9m Initial Contract Value(2) (2015: GBP5.2m), an increase of 33% -- 95 up-sell deals (2015: 82), an increase of 16% -- 8 cross-sell(3) deals (2015: Nil) In addition, the Group has added a further 17 new names through Due North Limited, following completion of the acquisition on 2 February 2016. Forward revenue visibility The above performance, allied to the Group's strong performance in customer contract renewals, has contributed to a substantially strengthened forward revenue visibility: -- Order book(4) of GBP26.1m (2015: GBP19.7m), an increase of 32% -- Annualised contracted revenue(5) of GBP17.7m (2015: GBP14.3m), an increase of 30% | melody9999
04/9/2016 07:19 | Nice steady uptrend after the pull back into the 120s. Looking promising. | stocky
02/9/2016 15:11 | i think the consolidation will be around the 160p-170p to set the new level. The range trader comment was the Stock not a person as in a good trading stock from 110p - current share price My LOL was for the risk in doing it. Im not going anywhere either. The management have delivered to expectations with a good plan. good luck | lewis winthorpe
02/9/2016 14:24 | Not sure who these range traders are, but I'm with you all the way Lewis. I'm a lth since 2006 and have been nursing heavy paper losses for ages. Luckily I topped up at between 20p and 40p so I'm more than happy with the current share price I just agree with pinkfish that a period of consolidation is likely and I wouldn't rule out Henderson offloading some more. Personally I'd like to see a nice hike in the divi when results come out. I'm going nowhere so the share price increase can come later. | eclair
02/9/2016 00:56 | Lols at the range traders.Henderson will have patients and the story coming out of the company is ever positive since the initial Henderson reduce.Triple bottom indeed. The chart imho tells a different story.Let's us not forget m&a possibilities before the year is out.FYI my avg is 88p with buys up to 1.38 so far. This one is a belter imho and I'm dripping more buys as I can afford:-) | lewis winthorpe
01/9/2016 20:44 | I think you're spot on there pink. Is that them offloading a few more this afternoon? If memory serves me correctly, I think they've still got about 4 million. | eclair
01/9/2016 16:30 | 2-3 months consolidation first perhaps then break out imho. Depends what Henderson do and triple bottom towards 113p not impossible. Until Henderson are finished they call the shots depending on the price they are prepared to sell at. | p1nkfish
31/8/2016 09:54 | I sense a breakout similar to this time 2015 | lewis winthorpe
19/8/2016 13:01 | Sometimes high p/e are justified, sometimes low p/e's are just that for good reason and will stay there. Looking at a p/e without an understanding of the business, market it operates in, dynamics and management, is none too clever. | p1nkfish
19/8/2016 10:25 | Investec now hold > 5%. It makes a change for the RNS not to be a Henderson sell :-)) | eagle eye
19/8/2016 10:08 | It's simply retraced itself following the brexit unjustified drop imho and the trading statement backed the retrace up. | lewis winthorpe |
