Pro Global Insurance Solutions plc (the "Company" or "Pro Global")
Share award
Following the announcement of 20 June 2016 where 625,000 new ordinary shares in the Company were awarded to Artur Niemczewski (Chief Executive), Po Global announces that these shares have been allotted today.
The Company has today applied for such shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that admission of such shares shall take place on or around 12 July 2016.
Following the admission to trading of such shares, the Company shall have [113,977,782] ordinary shares of 2 pence each in issue.
