The Company announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held today, all Resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

 
   Resolution    To receive and, if thought fit, to accept 
    1             the Strategic Report, Directors' Report, 
                  Auditor's Report and audited financial statements 
                  for the year ended 31 March 2016. 
   Resolution    To receive and approve the Directors' Remuneration 
    2             Report for the year ended 31 March 2016. 
   Resolution    To re-elect Peter Dicks a Director of the 
    3             Company. 
   Resolution    To re-elect Julian Cazalet a Director of 
    4             the Company. 
   Resolution    To re-elect Norman Crighton a Director of 
    5             the Company. 
   Resolution    To re-appoint Ernst & Young LLP as Auditor 
    6             to the Company, and to authorise the Directors 
                  to determine its remuneration. 
   Resolution    That the Company shall continue in existence 
    7             as an investment trust in accordance with 
                  the Company's Articles of Association. 
   Resolution    To authorise the Company to purchase its 
    8             own shares.
