Appointment of Directors
Following the announcement by KHP Strategic 2 LP ("KHP") on 27 September 2016 that the recommended cash offer pursuant to which KHP will acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of the Company has been declared unconditional the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jared Barlow and Michael Bego as non-executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect. The current Directors will remain on the Board of the Company with Peter Dicks acting as Chairman until the removal of the Company's listing on the Official List and cancellation of admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities take effect.
There are no other details or disclosures required under LR 9.6.13R of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules.
