19/6/2014 14:19 | Afternoon Just checking, has anyone received their dividend yet? Due yesterday but no sign yet and hoping I'm not the only one! | cwa1
22/5/2014 14:35 | I'm liking this, no problem with returning cash going forward, fantastic distribution | envirovision

07/5/2014 12:09 | Should go ex div in a few weeks max | envirovision
31/3/2014 15:28 | seekerofvalue Not really no. A large part of the dividend is being paid out of capital at present. PEY seems to be a play on the successful implementation the new strategy to stabilise/increase NAV or reduce the discount whilst continuing to pay the hefty dividend. | irkin
28/3/2014 12:09 | That was part of my trade moving stock into an ISA. Both sides should have marked in £. | tiltonboy
28/3/2014 11:30 | I see for the second time in a couple of weeks a trade has mixed up pounds and euros. My online broker did that to me the other month on this one as well, even rang me up to apologise. | danieldruff2
20/3/2014 11:49 | Irkin, Did the statement within the Annual Financial Report last week, reassure you about the dividend yield? [Also going forward Princess intends to pay dividends with an annual aggregate of 5-8% of NAV per share. The Board of Directors is confident that the strong dividend yield on offer will further enhance the attractiveness of Princess to potential and existing investors alike.] | seekerofvalue
28/2/2014 11:25 | I am a holder but thinking of increasing. Does everyone think yield is safe (PEY stopped dividend payments 2009/2010) whilst growing NAV albeit slowly. | irkin
28/2/2014 10:18 | I have increased my investment in PEY this month. The yield is secure and it will only take a little bit of activism for the share price to climb. SKYSHIP is correct though, PEY is a laggard and management appear content with just buying back stock. PEY Historical performance hxxp://princess-priv | seekerofvalue
26/2/2014 12:11 | I hold, not many but happy with yield and a good way to keep an eye on things, im sure we could see 7 euro a piece in 12 months or so. | envirovision
26/2/2014 10:17 | Hold a few, but frankly rather ambivalent about them, so likely to sell and buy more CDI. Only bought PEY as others recommended, mainly for the yield. Obviously had idle fingers and pressed the BUY button without full consideration! Their portfolio growth has been really poor over the years, even adding back the 8%ps for the yield. A real laggard versus their peers; seem to be managed by committee and have too high a %age of the portfolio post 2010. | skyship
24/2/2014 12:26 | SKYSHIP do you see value here at the moment? | irkin
24/2/2014 07:26 | 24 February 2014 Princess reports January NAV - Two new direct investments è Princess' net asset value (NAV) increased by 0.3% to EUR 8.11 per share è Princess deployed EUR 17.4 million to new direct investments and received EUR 2.3 million in distributions è Positive currency movements (0.6%) during the month | skyship
13/2/2014 08:44 | Small mention of PEY in latest issue of Investment Trust Insider (pg34) Willcox highlighted Princess Private Equity (PEY.L) as a cheaper opportunity. Offering an 8% yield, this trust trades at a 20% discount after a difficult 2013. Wilcox cautions that prospective investors need to do their research, however, as 'the income is coming partly from income and partly from capital; you need to be aware of that'. | speedsgh
31/1/2014 15:34 | Interesting conference call and presentation today. www.princess-private Target dividend of 5-8% p.a. of NAV Dislike being on a NAV discount of over 20%, hoping for a similar rating to 3i etc Hoping analysts will rerate them once direct investments go over 50% (currently 44%) | danieldruff2
06/1/2014 19:08 | Have a look at the Parent Co to PEY - Partners Group - PGHN listed in Switzerland.Stellar performer since listing in 2009 up 450%. Hist Div yield 2.5% & all in CHF. | atholl91
31/12/2013 11:03 | Interesting brief article here on the sector - | speedsgh
31/12/2013 10:56 | Am attracted here by the yield + discount to NAV but am struggling with the exposure to euro risk that comes with an investment in PEY. Maybe I am worrying unnecessarily? | speedsgh
31/12/2013 07:20 | Buyback at 6.15 for 5000 shares ? RNS | jaws6 |
