BTW do you still have your BDT? Ive got an nice slug of them now-bought them between 6.75-8.25p after selling my original lot over 10p on that crazy day they were 100% up.

7.6p cash + two interests in trading businesses at the prelims. Directors look to have got a good deal getting in at 6p imo. Not quite as good as the 4.6p I paid though! All depends on what they use this vehicle for. With todays announcements looks like they have some plans.

Interesting announcements today indeed. The overhang has been dealt with through the directors adding significant shares. No PSD as a shareholder must be good news as that was the past for this company. It now looks very interesting imho. Priced at a discount to estimated NAV.

You may be right Skyracer. However, they do say "The strategy of the Company is to create shareholder value by developing and broadening the activities of the business, initially through acquisition." So they are aiming to be bigger and they have got quite a bit of cash to spend - more than the market cap of the company. It certainly makes a change to have 3 RNS's in one day, but it may be a while before that happens here again.

Prelude to management buyout? I would say that this certainly constitutes a concerted action by this group of related shareholders taking their combined shareholding to >30% and requires a bid for the remainder of the shares. Although they dont have to offer more than 6p IMO it would take 8p to gain 75% however, which would be a fair offer. Actually makes sense, whats the point in this tiny company bearing the cost of being quoted.

I am not sure it will be taken private. The Chairman has good contacts at WH Ireland. This is a tasty shell to reverse something into at 7p. Much better than many higher priced shells with less cash. There is more value to holders with a good deal. In the meantime, they can break-even and so it's just a waiting game.

Presently you can buy 25k at 6.7p which is a 12% discount to cash.

No news since last September saying that PRP had moved into profit.

I have prelim results out on the 5th of March, can anyone out there confirm this date and does anyone have any news.

Someone must have confidence to spend £1722 so close to the results with no news whatsoever?

Yes interesting Simon. Presumably the accounts, due in around one month, will be presented in a continuing/discontinued business format. The remaining business, Harper Craven, seems to be profitable. PRP looks a good recovery play now even just based on their holding in Cameron Kennedy. I dont think they should rush to spend the cash, unless they intend to make an offer for the rest of CK.
