The destruction of PMO continues unabated.

Poo an irrelevance at present [other than assisting the shorters when falling]

PMO board gone missing and no firm timeframe for any refinnacing - no wonder the shorters are running the show. They've had the door held open by TD's failure to reach an agreement.

Now completely in the hands of the bond holders and they can procrastinate all they like [and possibly place leveraged shorts etc] until PMO have to bend to their whim or delay things even further with the continued build up of shorts that that will bring.

hedging stops in 2017, and the average oil price received drops from $67 to $47. I guess the shorters have number crunched the figures and spelled trouble. This is again one for the brave.

Shorts rise again....higher now than this last time year when oil was on its way into the 30s

GLG Partners the culprits again....adding another 660k shares odd

Total shorts now 5.22% or 26.6m shares. Why are they so damn confident?

In an intraday update on the current status of pre-summit negotiations taking place Monday in Vienna, an OPEC delegate told Bloomberg that there have been "no big changes in the position of either Iran or Iraq" at the high-level committee talks, which began 8 hours ago, in Vienna. As a reminder, both Iran and Iraq have sought exemptions from cutting oil production and according to the Algiers agreement in late September, Iran had been granted just that, however since then Saudi Arabia appears to have reneged on its concession.
So with both Iran and Iraq refusing to yield to Saudi will, there is little else to report:
OPEC COMMITTEE MEETING HAS NO AGREEMENT SO FAR: DELEGATE: BBG
