Marv you invested in hernica! I watched it rise last week very small buys and it jumps! Small sells it drops heavy! That share has been pumped and dumped more times I can remember it can be top of leader board and top of looser board in minutes!! Huge rise looks good but get your money out different ball game! Now it hAs no liquidity and my favour to you was to make you aware of such! Now marv am I right!! You will soon see!! I know I am!

Think it is 7.5 X EBITDA. Possibly 9.5 was a typo in the presentation.

Just listened to the webcase properly.

Many, many positives - EON out-performance, much more balance in portfolio 60% oil 40% gas. Improving gas prices. Tolmount 1TCF gas compared with the 400-odd m when they bought it, valued at multiples of what they paid for it, Solan - post ESP work by August P1 should be back to 10000 / day. P2 will take longer.

Catcher could well produce significantly ahead of 50ks / day of which 50% is due to PMO. Reserves upgrade would be nice!

Sea Lion extraordinary potential when you consider SOlan est. 44m reserves vs. up to 1bn. B/e 45 US. Malcy seems to think this will eventually get sanctioned.

Mexico exploration- 300 mb prospect

Vietnam - Chimsao - extra reserves of 57m identified. Extended field life to 2028.

Rogk - let's use your numbers (the $50 that became $40-$50 range and the 7.5x ratio that you said you didn't know...).

So:
$40-$50 oil for remainder of 2017.
Covenant ratio 7.5x.

Can you fire up your calcs that confirms your previous well reasoned comment that Premier would surely be in breach of the 2017 covenant in this scenario? Taking into account of course the prevailing oil/gas prices YTD, the hedges and the YoY production increase.

Then we can start to discuss how that looks at 9.5x?
