10/3/2017 13:50 | Tullow bid story might save this one, so I will hold @ 60p Bought £6k of Tullow @250p for the takeover story + its pulled back from 330p and UBS upgraded. Also added more BP this morning. | ny boy
10/3/2017 13:32 | Mike - will probably be nothing on day of 23rd. PIs on message boards will be up in arms "I was promised a rise" and sell - cue a week(s) later and then the fun begins. Steve - I think you're right, feels like a lot of the volume is automated selling/buying of the same shares to keep the price around here. Like it or lump it mode at the moment as far as I can see. Of course on the other side there is the considered viewpoint - i.e. BUSTED FLUSH GOING BUST HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA 10p SOON SUCKERS. | ua36
10/3/2017 13:06 | Mike what's your take u expecting rise🤔 | glenkaz
10/3/2017 12:54 | You can be sure that if all retail punters are expecting fireworks on the 23rd, hedgies and MMs will do their best to ensure the opposite :) | nav_mike
10/3/2017 12:35 | Thanks Steve! My brain hurts! Lol! Can you see a short squeeze anger 22nd🤔 I rally want to stay long on this just wish I waited 1day! My AV about 63p | glenkaz
10/3/2017 12:19 | glen - it's a volume weighted average... there was a huge volume on the first day with the VWAP coming in around 64. Lower volume in the days since have less effect on the "VWA" VWAP... if you seen what I mean. I'm keeping a record of daily volumes & VWAPs - check my posts over the last few days (Also Mike the navigator is keeping a close eye as well). Currently a tad over 62.5 so far to date. There's loads of "churning" at the moment -i.e. traders selling the same stock back and forth to increase the volume at these low levels. Any small additional buys cause the price to move up a little so they sell in small doses to bring it back down to where they want to "trade" it. At least this is how I see it bwtfdik..! The shorts won't start closing until a few new buyers come out to play.. and that may take a higher OP - or at least a forecast thereof. | steve73
10/3/2017 11:58 | Vwap have I got it right does anyone know it🤔 Just saw a post elsewhere recons it 64p I can't see that anyone know🤔Please! | glenkaz

10/3/2017 09:32 | Thanks Steve! 😃 | glenkaz
10/3/2017 09:10 | glen.. VWAP is from the date of the announcement (1st) to 22nd inclusive. Price on opening the 1st was around 65p, but it wet up a little until the understanding of the CB issue sunk in. | steve73 |
