secure shareholder base, possibly not, although there was not a lot of buying at these v.low prices which is strange. as to what they have, well although it is just a cash shell, we no we have an option to take over central asia resources in full, and we know that they have a majority interest in gold and possibly lithium deposits...so to be honest, we know enough to make an entry point...and for the record, i invested here on the back of the board of directors, and what they can bring to the table, nothing else, sure why else would one invest in a shell? and the fact that they are in the process of changing their name, leads the way to a change in strategy for the company...oh, and nothing that anyone writes on any bb will make me ever buy or sell a share, i'm more than able to do my own research and invest off the back of that...i use the bb's just as a discussion tool, nothing more nothing less, so what peeps actually say doesnt bother me in the slightest!

The trouble here is you have a large number of shares held by individuals who are in at a very low price. You will see large blocks being shovelled out regularly and these shares need to be mopped up. It's not a secure shareholder base is it?

Just filter Excellance...I did it months ago elsewhere and feel much better for it..the guy is just out to wind up others, nothing else. Use the filter button, that's what it is meant for.

we will not know resource estimates until the rto is completed, and central asian minerals does infact hold the licences in their entirety, or a majority stake, until then its out of our hands

The Company is making good progress on advancing its acquisition strategy including in respect of its option to acquire Central Asia Resources Limited, which in turn has an option to acquire a majority interest in two highly prospective exploration opportunities on the Tien Shan belt in Kyrgyzstan (Cholokkaindy and Uzunbulak). The Company continues to financially support exploration activity on Cholokkaindy and Uzunbulak projects which are progressing well and we look foward to updating shareholders in due course.

The Company is also actively considering other gold acquisition opportunities in Kyrgyzstan. To properly reflect the Company's new strategy, it is intended that the Company will, in due course, propose to change its name to Premier Gold Resources plc.

The Company has an option to acquire the entire issued share capital of Central Asia Resources Limited ("CAR"), which in turn has an option to acquire a majority interest in two exploration licences on the Tien Shan belt in Kyrgyzstan. The Company is making significant progress on the CAR acquisition and looks forward to making an announcement in this regard at the appropriate time.

whats interesting is that it seems central asia resources are actually exploring at the moment and sounds like they are doing work on the ground as we speak, which is interesting
