02/5/2016 08:13 | Those insiders have their own agenda....no bid so their luxury lifestyle carries on.... | diku
28/4/2016 11:36 | This share has not been liked since the Schofield days. Premier perhaps should have taken the 65p or tried for 70p given how many problems it's had over the years. Perhaps Nissin can do the job? | isis
27/4/2016 17:07 | I am not surprised the US fund manager is not happy, there will be a lot of shareholders who would have been very happy with an immediate 65p in their pockets rather than 40p and the promise of more than 65p in the future. However that does not mean that 40p is a fair price now, as this afternoon's upmove indicates. I am persuaded that the price should be back up to 60p over the next 18 months, so I took a chunk two days ago at 39p hoping to recover some of my earlier losses on this share. | puffintickler
27/4/2016 15:34 | US hedge fund manager not happy, to say the least, according to bakeryinfo.co.uk: hxxp://bakeryinfo.co | impvesta
27/4/2016 15:19 | Asia market news on about some company sniffing out pfd.Could be nissin wanting all of it.Anyone any links etcI will look later. | anony mous
27/4/2016 15:11 | I wonder why the sudden boost this afternoon? | mick
25/4/2016 18:05 | Mind you they've just brought out some Kamikaze Noodles! lol | isis
25/4/2016 17:56 | Nissin will have their finger on the pulse better than anyone, and were happy to pay 63p for their stake. Make of that what you will.. | boffster
25/4/2016 17:29 | No worry. This will be back with without bid.The co is on turnaround regardless.Quite possible blessing in disguise and value comes out with numbers at end yr and share price climbs towards £1 | anony mous
25/4/2016 16:54 | I do believe they will eventually rise above 60p but could be a long wait. Who knows? I was convinced the bid would go but there it is. :-)) | isis
25/4/2016 16:40 | Drop to 32p is possible. Depends if major shareholders stick it out or sell up. Brexit fears will also effect the share price imo | seball
25/4/2016 15:35 | Well the share price is not backing the Boards views unfortunately. | isis
24/4/2016 09:55 | I would like to know how much the Board think the shares should be worth and how they can achieve it. Sunday Times Paulson calling for Chairman Beevers head. | isis
22/4/2016 16:32 | I think there may be a dip over next few months but 11p? No chance | seball
22/4/2016 11:38 | "It seems McCormick were trying their like by making derisory offers that the BOD would recommend." Nothing derisory about an approach that, temporarily, almost doubled the share price. We haven't closed at 60p since June 2014. | impvesta
22/4/2016 09:55 | Personally, I would think the RNS has negative undertones because it would put off any potential purchaser. | kilgallp
22/4/2016 09:24 | agree with that. | hillbrown
22/4/2016 09:06 | I can't see that formalising the giving Nissin an NED seat on the board should boost the share price. Possibly the opposite, but I suspect completely neutral. | puffintickler
22/4/2016 08:09 | Nissin agreement signed. Should help the share price | boldtrader
22/4/2016 07:05 | McC share price dropping like a stone from a v high point. They cannot maintain growth - made a mistake not buying PF. | pennysharemillionaire2 |
