29/8/2017 11:53 | Personally I have £8k to add here but am watching. placing was 0.7p, gmp got 0.55p, sabona got 0.45p then what price for the next lot?I think I will get a cheaper price than today's. Except a better circum acquisition funding scheme comes along and YA is dealt with. | jungmana
29/8/2017 11:35 | This is not just about holiday period and global issues. This is as much about the threat of constant dilution at any price to increase stake in circum. Other shares on my watch list have normal trading volume but here it is dead. 4m shares traded in nearly 4 hrs of trading out of over 5bn in issue? Many punters just watching for now imo as many believe another round of share issue is due soon. We are not even at halfway to GRs 12% target.GR has destroyed sentiment here and YA is even yet to kick in. | jungmana
29/8/2017 10:48 | Not by a long shot! Lots of shares to go through the market. This is typical market malaise due to the holiday period and bank holiday plus North Korea sabre rattling. | vitec

26/8/2017 20:23 | I have never said a deal regarding Zulu would be carried out without the PEA. If that was the case George could have done a deal already. Don Hains told George to get the PEA to enhance Zulu's value. My expectation for Circum is that Morgan Stanley will find a buyer or partner that is willing to pump money in to further the project. I suppose another option would be to float Circum. Either way this would release monies to PREM. I think the strategy is to leverage PREM as far as possible with a view to selling the Circum shares, releasing monies that can then be re-invested into Zulu. RHA should be coming on stream financially Q4 and start to add to the coffers, plus a possible sale of TCTIT (ex the Limestone deposit or an interest in). George also spoke about purchasing more shares in CASA. I would not be surprised to see an additional investment here in the future, plus other projects that are deemed to fit into the portfolio. As with most businesses and life in general "it is not what you know, but who you know". George, undoubtedly has strong relationships and contacts within the mining industry and the respect of his peers. This bodes well where Circum is concerned as the people involved know each other very well. If you read the news piece on Circum the Ethiopian Government are keen for Circum to get on with the project and are working closely with them. PREM has a very good (supposedly)relation Where we sit today, it would be wrong of me not to say I am frustrated. The YA deal and the continual issuance of shares does nothing for the reputation of PREM in the short to medium term, but I am also very excited about the prospects and the potential rewards. | vitec
26/8/2017 19:06 | What are we expecting in circum ? A joint venture , would that increase value of circum shares held by prem . Would circum just issue more shar es | doctor 69
26/8/2017 16:26 | Absolutely right jungmana No deal with Zulu until the PEA. The only uncertainty is wa the PEA on ZULU part 1 or past 1 plus the SE area? GR is deffo in a hurry to acquire another 7% of Circum. I hope he hasnt over cooked things As for YA and 18% !!!!!!!!!!!! aaaaaarrrrrrggggghhh | billthebank
26/8/2017 09:51 | Vitec, with PEA taking 8 to 9 weeks I can't see a deal for Zulu until that is done. Whilst for CIRCUM, looks like GR is in a hurry to get to 12% hence the stupid finance deal with YA. Therefore imo another share issue is most likely soon in our March towards owning 12% of circum. | jungmana
26/8/2017 09:47 | Very possible Bill | jungmana
26/8/2017 09:41 | Or Sabona have a round 150M to clear? | billthebank
26/8/2017 00:43 | Jung, depends when the Circum shares become available. PREM maybe in a position to pay cash. The issue is the timing. Will the Circum shares come first or the Zulu deal. | vitec
25/8/2017 23:34 | jungmana , spot on | doctor 69 |
