Haha brilliant, from one of the most useless investors on advfn. Actually had you listened to me you would have saved yourself a lot of money - here and at your beloved JLP. Worked out how an ISA works yet turbo?

All the cretins are now coming out of the woodwork, i'll leave you guys to it. I will be back to give commentary when this tests 0.25p, so, say see you next week?

Thanks vitec, all the constant negativity from certain individuals will often have you re-evaluating your position however any time I look back on my research I am content that the end goal remains and the minor distractions in terms of dilution and YA will be overcome by the eventual prize.

dmitri ha ha. There's no need to be discourteous. You're better than that I'm sure.

RiverFort are Prems advisers and they facilitated Prems recent finance deal. As you rightly say they're JLP's agents too.

I more than likely know more about JLP's "smoke and mirrors" as you call it than you. I'm not invested in that particular stock but I could name the five funds providing the support without too much trouble I'm sure. But I'm not going to before you ask.

There's no condescension or discourtesy intended on my part I can assure you. I don't need to go there. As it seems to have influenced your investment decision I simply wanted to correct your misunderstanding. Nothing more.

Ok then tedy, as you want to see it. Why riverfort anyway? This is with york - the death spiral masters ☠️ Or are you getting confused with JLPs smoke and mirrors financing?

York even had the temerity to name the enabling fund here 'delta beta'.

"A lower price reset can also force investors that have set up a long CB/short stock position to sell more stock ("adjust the delta"), creating a vicious circle, hence the nickname death spiral."

If you're going to attempt condescension it helps to be right. 👍

There's no need to tell me I already know thanks.

Any problems just email RiverFort for assistance. They should be able to help you underatand.

Assays literally due any day should give us a (much needed) boost. The only negative for me at the moment is the issuance of shares to fund the accumulation of Circum shares (even though long term should be a cracking deal) as this is causing the downward pressure and needing to get shot of YA asap.Assays and PEA should be fantastic and both short term, which will provide the volume to flush out the seller and hopefully put us back up to more sensible levels again before further news. Any JV/Sale of Zulu could come to fruition extremely soon after the PEA is released and may be the final piece that any suiter wants to see with negotiations already at any advanced stage.Happy to sit and wait, the share price fluctuations are just noise in the interim although everyone would like to see any upward trend of course. Fingers crossed the imminent news flow with assist with that.

The difference is that I do not make unsubstantiated claims about the voracity of individuals. If I was to assert that the share price will be over 1p by tomorrow, other posters would want to know why I believe that to be the case or dismiss me as an idiot. I merely asked you to substantiate your claim that they were crooks. You took this to a different level by upping the language and stating that you didn't care if I informed the company.

I can see that we both believe we are right and as much as I have enjoyed our sabre rattling, I think I will draw a line underneath it, as for others that post it must be boring to read and I have other more urgent issues that need attending to.

Good luck.

Nope got out flat as i have said the whole way, i told you when i sold at .57p it's all there for anyone to see. Not sure if i could have been any more transparent and honest.

I dont like ppl fleecing ppl so i will stop it where i can, that is all.

Anyway i'm filtering you now. Please do the same with me, ppl dont need to see this pointless kind of bickering. Good luck with all your investments.

Dmitri, have you lost your shirt on PREM? It would explain a lot as to why you are so angry. I also do not like the YA deal. I also know that George stated that he would not enter into this type of finance. But as I have stated before, I believe this was done for expediency rather than necessity. One of us will be proven right in the fullness of time.

What do you think the arrangement with YA and their subsid d-beta is?

Please tell me you aren't invested in this with that kind of question!

oh hitman, you will be adding lots of shares to your non existent portfolio when they hit your buy price, PREM, UKOG etc. At least you have the good grace to wish us good luck even though you want the share price to drop. It is also an improvement from telling us that the shares will be suspended!

I would be careful calling GR and Lenigas crooks. You state that dealing in facts is not one of my strong points. What facts do you have to substantiate your claim that they are crooks? I will give you a "fact" for free. Your assertion is slanderous. Unless you can back this up with hard evidence then you need to apologise and withdraw your claim.
