Lithium Brine ponds cost a fortune in comparison to extraction/processing hard rock sources like Zulu.

vitec that type of extraction is from brine from salt lakes, it is evaporated naturally in the sun, so in the UK you would probably need heat to evaporate it costing even more. As I said before, the BBC shouldn't just reprint press releases as fact, at least question whether it is viable!

Yeah right... when any production is at least 5 years away and they don't even know what they've got at the moment!

Don't look now but the PREM share price is likely to come under pressure in the coming
month's as The Poldark's reckon there's loads of Lithium to be mined in
Cornwall.

I think the Chinese will be sniffing around this, they are very active in Africa. They are big producers of EV batteries and will want to secure supplies of lithium.

Yes is the simple answer. I have written about this several times in previous posts so I am not going to reiterate.

There is a disconnect between our MCap and the assets that we own. The issue for the market is;

1. uncertainty as to how PREM are going to pay for the additional Circum shares
2. the issuance of a lot more shares
3. the 690 million shares that have been issued at .7p with a 30 day lock in

There are also some more complicated issues. For example,if another company makes a bid for PREM how does the transference of licenses and permits occur. Do they lapse or would they continue?

Remember, the market in the past has valued PREM significantly higher, when the company was no where as valuable as it is today. This occurs with most AIM companies. Unfortunately, that usually occurs very quickly but seems to take an age for the market and investors to catch up, re-appariase and value correctly. For many they miss the boat. I can cite a recent event in PREM's history to prove this point. The day after is was announced that ASPEN had sold all of its shares, there were two announcements and the share price doubled.

Apart from George Roach's 10%, there don't seem to be any other significant shareholders (though there might be a few on this board who would disagree!) Does that make us vulnerable to an opportunistic takeover bid?
