27/3/2017 07:43 | Will buy back in at 0.45p to 0.5p | temmujin
27/3/2017 07:36 | Still 300,000,000 shared means more dilution so be interesting to see how price reacts | banksy
27/3/2017 07:35 | This will likely get hammered today. I wouldn't be surprised with a 20% red day. Such a heavy discount on placing. I will keep the faith and hope GR has a bit more business acumen when it comes to selling Zulu. | sorrento06
27/3/2017 07:33 | Can not say no more placings Mike_F but obviously a much better way of raising funds than those CLN's from DARWIN | cpap man
27/3/2017 07:31 | 1st come 1st served sep800 | cpap man
27/3/2017 07:21 | Great news, well oversubscribed:Georg | mike_f
27/3/2017 01:39 | No Guarantee all that subscribed PI's will get their shares, so those thinking of selling first thing be cautious as the mm's will mark this up and your'e probably pay more for buying back what your'e just sold. I will wait until you have proper confirmation the exact amount of shares they have offered you if at all. Seen this all before where a discount was offered and the shares went up 25-30% on the market and never returned lower. GLA | sep800
26/3/2017 21:02 | Got mine yesterday. Let's see tomorrow how it does | barnetpeter

25/3/2017 20:27 | How many warrants darwin have and at what price? My quich research indicates 24 June 2015 Premier African Minerals Limited: Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity Darwin Strategic Limited ("Darwin") the holders of 40 million warrants as announced on 3 February 2015 has issued a notice of exercise in respect of 35,000,000 warrants at an exercise price of 1.25p for total consideration of GBP437,500. The Company has therefore issued today 35,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to Darwin ("Darwin Shares"). 5 million at 1.25 remaining 22 August 2016 Premier African Minerals Limited "Darwin has also been issued with warrants equal to 30% of the aggregate Par Value of the Loan Notes ...The warrants have an exercise price of 125% of the initial market price, equivalent to 0.8437 pence and can be exercised within 3 years (and 7 days) of the Issue Date. As of the date of this announcement, Darwin have been issued with 77,777,778 warrants" .Loan notes par value £3,500,000. so approx £1.2m in loan notes= 1.43 million shares, so approx:- 64 million warrants remaining at 0.8437 comments please...all looks good to me in so far as I cant see Darwin being able to sell anything (assuming they have already sold their CLN's) to drive price down, in fact to make a 20-30% profit they need the share price to be above 1p...so does david lenigas with his 0.8p warrants (a lower price than darwin...he is a sly fox!) | mhin2
25/3/2017 20:05 | As Darwin have warrants will they be able to acquire the same level in shares @ 0.5p If so not sure!! Other than that looks like a winner!!! | billthebank
25/3/2017 13:43 | said there would be a placing some time ago and got roundly grumped at. So here it is and all holders must buy in I think. Easy to do and took me one minute to complete the transaction. No scaling down here...the conditions say the placing may be increased in value if there is demand. If you like this company, dig into the piggy bank and put in a few coppers more. Better for the company to receive new funds than for you to buy via the mkt and I hope the placing brings in 4 million in new cash. Put in my 5 pennies. The price will fall back to 0.55 to 0.6 on Monday I would guess. Things are moving on though and I like the idea of quick placing via primary bid open to all. | barnetpeter
25/3/2017 08:46 | Billi Email Primary Bid, they responded to me 11pm last night. you just need to click on " other" in the broker boxes, confirm broker account/ details. There is a standard message that pops up but if you contact Primary Bid they'll confirm whether they,ve previously settled electronically with Lloyds. They advised to contact your broker to forewarn them of the expected transfer of share and the CREST I.d. All the best. | highly geared
25/3/2017 01:20 | Lloyds bank Brokers is also no go.So irritating!! | billthebank
25/3/2017 00:37 | is Premier African worth buying for its stake in Circum Minerals alone? Share 15:36 19 Oct 2016 my only concern is the amount of water circum need in a drought ridden/prone country... | mhin2
25/3/2017 00:16 | Yes, the Country will become much more civilised and your'll find other countries will start to reinvest here. All for the better as dictators are replaced with modern civilised visionaries | sep800

25/3/2017 00:14 | Same as South Africa etc. You pays your money and all that. Managed to sort out broker issue with Primary Bid ( they will settle with brokers not listed, just takes longer). Have applied for some more; the Lithium deposit should make this a no brainier and with RHA now producing and $ 20 million back pay, a decent price to be offered shares. | highly geared
24/3/2017 23:42 | I am considering subscribing, the only thing holding me back is what happens when Mugabe dies and Zim goes into chaos and prems licences are questioned on grounds of alleged corruption/bribes/il any thoughts? | mhin2 |
