No need to raise anymore funds, a JV or buyer is on the cards here. GR clearly stated to all parties of interest that PREM can go it alone with new shares available to him if needed.
These Tactics are usual when we have interested parties as to state a low offer will not be even considered and there fore `market value ' on offer will only be considered.

I am not a fan of DL but I strongly believe he has been brought in by GR to assist in getting the best for ZULU.
The process make take longer than necessary but once a decision has been made we will wake up to an share price multiples of its current value. The clues have been confirmed in the latest RNs and the only thing to do is sit tight, hold, and if you have funds accumulate as when this breaks it will be one of the best performers 2017.
Day trade ! Not me.

As usual DYOR

The current share price does not reflect fundamentals, and while we have great news to date, it is not the definitive news we await in each example (i.e. ZULU, RHA, CIRCUM). However, that defniitive news, on all those fronts is imminent.

CIRCUM, license approval enables now the sale of the Danakil Project. We needed this bit of news, and it was always going to be important and welcome but it is not money in the bank. The sale will do that. And that is imminent. It will make PREM cash rich, even just £10million (very few companies on AIM have that kind of cash)

RHA, XRT Sorter installed and mining recommenced, great news and was important and welcome but the money in the bank comes shortly on production and sale news. This is imminent - and there are absolutely no delays with this, everything is on track (including funded to production –meaning it does not require further funds because PREM have the funds to see it through to production, following which it is generating revenue and profit and therefore self-sustaining with profit usable elsewhere across the portfolio)

ZULU, grades are awesome, deposit is massive, and PREM are talking to prospective parties either looking to participate (i.e. JV) or for an outright sale. Today’s RNS was first formal confirmation of these talks and is extremely welcome. Maiden Resource Estimate being worked on. Once released, this will lead very quickly to a deal (perhaps even a bidding war). So, we are edging towards definitive news. Sale, if ZULU as big as we think, will involve £HundredsofMillions. This will make us all filthy rich.

TCT, good revenue and profit, every little helps!

For an AIM company to have all this lined and expected over the course of the next few weeks and months, is unheard of. Even with the shares we have in issue, we are looking at 5p+ if all of it lands as expected.

Current share price levels therefore a chronic steal. Just as many were saying about 0.25 being a crazy bargain, with the increased confidence we have now, 0.6 or thereabouts is not far off in the same league. PREM and GR have to manage news in order to establish an orderly market around this stock, especially given how folk were buying dirt cheap and in huge quantities earlier #MarketMechanics101

Current levels are the calm before the Mogodon Storm. Wetting the bed ain’t necessary. It’s coming together and in quick succession.

Its hard work as there is a persistent seller (I think Darwin) when they have gone the share price should improve.

The main risk is old Mugabe. When that old madman sees money on the table there is nothing to stop him from grabbing it like he has the ranches farms and other white owned businesses.

90% of AIM are just potential. Doesn't stop many being valued over 100m on the Director farting.....

In my opinion two things holding the share price back. There is still a seller in the market and an assumption that George will want to issue more shares as he has been doing in droves for the last two years. Even though there may not be the need to issue more shares for cash the market has seen this on a continual basis. The only thing that is going to move the share price is an RNS stating that the company is receiving income and starting to show a profit. Huge potential but the market is only saying that "huge potential but show us the income/profit" No doubt we are at a tipping point and rewards will go to the patient. Never has the phrase "the market takes from the impatient and gives to the patient" more true.

Wow. Like I said. The market is rigged. Shares double on a director farting. Get a cracking RNS and it can't even make it back to where it was yesterday.

Sounding very positive Mr Roach.
Likely they're in negotiations to sell ZULU, just waiting for the right offer to land.
Could add 2p to the share price
Let's see.

Monster project, all you have to do is grab as many shares as you can afford, hold long term, add on dips and reap substantive returns down the line. Investors are starting to wake up here, along with the overall upturn and increasing cash pouring into the sector globally for opportunities.
