Dave444,That would be the bad news, but not goodnight. It isn't expected to be a binary outcome. No outright total win. Even if we are deemed on balance to have lost it will not be goodnight/game completely over imho and we will continue with all other geographical areas outside illiminas writ area and likely be forced into a commercial payment inside. Damages are not going to be game ending either imv.

We have diversified away from the area Ilumina's writ applies to and focused on other geographical areas where we have contracts and expect some others shortly - per AGM, so why would you just make that claim without any given basis?

Let's hear why it would be goodnight if we lose. Bad, but probably not goodnight imv
don't forget the judgement isn't expected to be binary, so it then could not be goodnight.
