Davey boy, get a grip. The SAFE test is run by St Georges NHS Trust which is not a private clinic.
Why are you so anti Premaitha when there are other competitors out there?

Someone has an axe to grind or agenda........no?......yes?

Come clean buddy.

Unbelievable - NIPT has been run in UK since 2013 and the market leader had 20k test in 10 monthsIONA is NOT the most accurate NIPT - read there literature compare it with competitors

Interesting. I got the impression from Premaitha presentations that they were the first effective NIPT, but they appear only to have a small advantage in turnround time according to this comparison: I would like to ask a Premaitha presenter for their take on this site's data.

I don't see that it matters, the patent litigation will not effect supply. Whatever the outcome Premaitha will continue to supply their NIPT test.

there are other suppliers too! Anyway the decision might yet come after the court case..the length of time govt's take.

Its a shame approval could not wait till after the court case, will the NHS really want to get set up on a permanent basis with a company in dispute of the patent of what they supply ? let's hope so anyway.

hopefully but not wrt NHS.
imv decision is next year sometime - perhaps after Feb.
All this expectation of any momment is foolish wishing. individual trusts etc can proceed as we have seen but imv official NHS recommendation is still months away.
