Waste2Tricty PLC as per RNS but where is this at Companies House?

I can only find Waste2Tricty Limited, will the Company or Nomad state what the Waste2Tricty PLC's company registration number is to prevent any confusion?

This needs a lot more time and investment to be commercial.

In the interview last October Keith Allaun said they will need a big funding. I suspect to build their own commercial scale large scale plant in the UK and he seemed to avoid the question when asked about commercialisation just rambled on about the environmental benefits.

Given away the Australian rights and world coal gasification rights to Ore-Pro. No US rights. Now given 50% of any UK revenues to W2T. With that, the growing convertible debt to Mr Bond, the split with W2T and the need for more cash there will be nothing left for ordinary shareholders who are being diluted more and more each day.

Trout we don't need massive capital we will get pre order cash from any orders and finance for projects will be via SPV see PPG Rockpool that will plain WHY we won't need big placings MM might try their usual trick get very hurt sing on dollops of cash and then get their mates at the brokers SVS to offer the company cash in return for shares that they top slice and filter back to the MM to cover shorts But I have warned Nomad broker FCA company that I am watching and read to involve SFO if it happens again If Keith. Does need t. Raise I am hoping he can now find big ii and they can pay a premium as we get closer to a deal

Few day players out But the tide has turned the news flow is more and more positivePlenty more to go yet

I take it that it fell that much since the Autumn as well, so you must be mighty relieved.
The problem is this looks illiquid as can be seen by today's rise, that is good for ramping when it is rising, but when the rush to the exits start, then people will get hurt.
You of course can't do much, due to the size of your holding.

On top of pump and dump territory there is the finance side, now I know you say they don't need finance, but they will and any spike in prices can help them get a placing away. Now we are lucky as we have you here and as a near 20% holder I assume that you would be invited to take part in any placing and as such would be inside, so we may get a clue if you go incommunicado at any time.

I'm going to wait and see more progress, but pleased you have seen such a rise today.

Dice is ramping it on other threads and is all over it on twitter (left the clue in his posts here with the #PHE).

He obviously sets up a thread to ramp and bans anybody bar the uber bulls or those blue.....

Doesn't help investors and that is why I will wait and research further.

Rossannan Yes I agree I think dice was wrong to ban your st nothing to do with me We are moving to the commercialisation phase of the business it will now rerate slowly t first until news then woosh MM finding some buyers here but believe you me they not having any of mine Sellers will be crying in their cornflakes when they see how silly they were to sell on such a small profit This can become a £100 million plus company IMHO in couple years

Well I bet many on the sidelines wish they had bigger balls and had taken the plunge when this was below .45 at beginning of the year almost 100% more expensive than then IMHO there is a lot more to go we should move back to above 1p before the next bit of news I know there are investors who are talking to Keith who want to build a stake some will want more news before thy dip their toes in though This is going to be a good day especially for my paper profits looks a t lot healthier than before Christmas
