w - what about the other 20%? How does that get built, tested and approved?

'A few months' - what's the cost per month of $4M at 15% pa? How many shares does that translate into at 0.5p each? Why does nobody care about this?

I'm glad you agree there's still a risk of failure ;¬)

You are not wrong but our advantage is the basic simplicity of the whole process 80% of the plant is basic off the shelf components and the design of the current test model can be scaled up very easily!

Yes the plant needs to be containerised and despatched from Australia so yes a few months yet before demonstration unit up and running ?

But that does not mean an order will not arrive for many months after that we may even get some pre orders on the knowledge of the plant already been proven in Brisbane much data has already been delivered to prospective clients?

We have enough cash to complete this demonstration plant and still cash in bank

We will need some capital in time I agree and we are still at risk of failure

I do not despute that but we are already priced for failure?

That's why the upside potential on any news of an order is so stratospheric

warwick69,

I can only read the other thread, but can see someone has brought up CE marking the product, this is important if they are thinking of selling in Europe and beyond (many other territories accept it as a benchmark).
I suppose the testing and certification can be done while in demonstration but were any independent tests and certification done while it was tested in Aus or was that just inhouse testing?

I will be honest to you, I can't see the Company actually selling any products for many months yet. If the demonstration unit doesn't arrive until late March it is going to take a while to site and commission it and then at least 3 months of testing to demonstrate it's viability and get any certification done (probably more), So perhaps Q3 more likely Q4. What are the ramifications, if that timeline is correct, on the Company's working capital and any loans?

I have held other companies in the renewables, energy storage and gasification (waste to energy) fields and none have had a smooth ride to commercialisation and the timelines have drifted quite a bit. REDT is still to commission a large storage scheme on the Isle of Gigha some two years after it was first muted to be running. The reason was the thorough testing needed and the Company have made improvements along the way.

I cannot see how a waste to energy new advanced gasification technology can be any different.

You might want to have a look at Ebioss.com to see another in the field of waste to energy and their progress through the development stages. It is slow and takes a lot of financing.

Trout I agree and was a little surprised to see it moderated it was not negative in my eyesWe have had a bad bad history that why many will not invest I lost in the past when I think I bought some at 4 or 5p in the days after the pyromex deal was supposed to transform the companyI started buying heavily again in Nov 2015 and have now invested fully every spare bit of cash I have parked into this one share. Many think I am totally mad and I would not recommend this action to anyone elseI have specific personal reasons why I have gone so heavily in this share!!But I have not done it lightly as I have had a few meetings with Keith and will have further contact hoepfully later this month when he visits UKHe is very good at answering questions when I email and he is open to suggestions and help with research At the moment the company is being managed to preserve as much cash a possible hence very low head count, directors very modestly paid. I agree I wish they would buy more shares as this would satisfy many sitting on the sidelines who are yet to invest! But as I stated they do have some good share options which they will want to become lucrative deals The journey to market has been a lot slower than I had hoped but now we are on the run in as they say!!And then the fun will really start as we get more and more press coverage

I am sure We are also not on many investors watchlists either But they will all want a slice when the story breaks and we are starting to convert waste to energy on UK soil??

they've failed before, odds on they will fail again

if something sounds too good to be true it usually is

PHE claims sound like total b.s. and despite years of 'trialling' no independent third party or customer appears to have validated their claims

Warwick,

I am a holder in REAC, and yesterday they announced it's technology partner Ebioss *EQtec gasifier* was taking 51% of the Company. Ebioss have signed agreements for 4 waste to energy plants in the UK with a total cost of over £250m, they also have financial backing from China Energy. The market cap there is similar to here.

Now the stumbling block for REAC has always been the large upfront costs and the need to finance them, they too realise the value in waste to energy systems and as being inn two markets waste disposal and energy generation the financials look good.

Where are the customers for the PHE-G3? Is it smaller units or larger modular formations and who will fund them? Will local authorities have the finance to fund upfront? Will some sort of finance partner need to be sought to perhaps lease the units? Apart from testing in AUS has any unit been used in real world environment? How many hours has it been worked? Only REAC's first gasifier technology was a Canadian company and it didn't work, but they had spent £11.7m installing it, the plant got mothballed. They looked at another tech but that was having problems being rolled out for testing to real world activities.

This looks interesting here, but would appreciate more on the above, as it seems the tech was developed very quickly and recently and although the positives look great (no residues, small modules and a modular system), I would still like to see it's working history and results of that testing. I suppose that is what the two containerised units will do (add more meat to the bone on trial results).

Well it will only take a couple orders and we will soon be £50 mil mcap when city realises the profit margins we will be able to achieve This company will move very quickly from R&D to profitable business with plenty recurring income from share of electricity generated as the plan will be for joint ventures with the waste producers/collectors Just watch and learn Stig

RED (Mkt Cap £50m+) has validation from several respected independent entities who have all done considerable due diligence on the technology/IPR/finances etc (Govt bodies / Utilities / Manufacturing partners (Jabil))

To compare them to a one man dodgy outfit PHE (Mkt Cap £0m) is ridiculous

Stig you can dish it out but you are not man enough to accept a challenge now who should posters listen to you a known hater and aggressor across many boards or a genuine investor who has invested his hard earned capital, yes I have got lots wrong in the past I am the first to admit that? But I feel I have done enough research and due diligence on this one to be confident in my backing for the company ? What company do you feel is going to be a better investment than PHE so other posters can judge you on your knowledge and vision! Are you up for a challenge or are you all hot air as I suspect you are
