Rule 17 of AIM Regulations 2014 states " any decision to make any payment in respect of its AIM securities specifying the net amount payable per security, the payment date and the record date".

The RNS of 5 May 2016 did not state what the price per share the 90,932,961 shares were issued at to Renewme Limited. So is the company in compliance with Rule 17 and if not why has its Nomad not ensured that the RNS complied with AIM regulations?

Thanks Warwick. Of course they are. I have seen the video which is why I was getting confused. The way that KA worded it in the interview through me.

Cheers

There's a hot opportunity down at my local crematorium, recycling carbon-based (ex-)life forms - I hope KA's onto it...

Lot of blah blah and no substance in the 'interview'. When's he going to produce an independent report?

Warwick... Having just watched the latest directorstalk interview, I was slightly thrown when KA said that we can deal with all Carbon-based products. I was (maybe incorrectly) thinking that we could deal with basically everything, such as plastics, food waste, glass. Are these products not included as they are considered recyclable?

Thanks

dolphin - indeed so, but on the other hand if he simply called the loan, phe couldn't pay, would go into administration, and the whole lot would go to Hillgrove as the lead debtor. Heads he wins, tails you lose.
