Amazing auction - added 50% more trades to the day. Just incredible price action today. Gold has put on 2.2% since Friday last week. Poly has ended flat!

What is it with this share? Gold up 1.5% and to the level of a few days ago when this was >£5.8 and it can barely manage to be up 1.3%. When gold falls it rises. Think I'll go back to POG - at least that tends to behave as it should.

Essential, if you invested in Polymetal, then you have presumably taken a cursory glance at its share history.It's tumultuous by nature. Buying and selling within two weeks is ridiculous - what were you expecting?

Bought into these earlier today. Chart looks strong with good RSI. Looking for a move up to the 200dma at about 680p. Also hoping to ride the positive global economy news starting to appear

Epic bear markets don't end with a whimper.....but with a capitulation spasm, which we have yet to see IMHO. The good news is we should be done in a month or three if we're lucky.

FRES, £20 down to £7 in a year, and gold has yet to break its june low. The big cap miners will get shorted to smithereans as gold heads to a $1000.

abc125 - so you're not buying then. You ever buy any shares or just post ridiculous target prices on MBs?Bought in now, pleasantly surprised price got this low. It's not currently placed to beat previous high but after recent drops, is certainly placed to move on up again.

Sanks for that target for some add on's!

This is probably the only stock which looks positioned to break that previous high of £12.30!!
Only matter of time before it skirtlifts to £74 like RRS did!

Shares in Polymetal raced ahead after the group reported a record-setting third quarter which saw total gold equivalent production of 413,000 oz, up 30% year-on-year.
