...How is the investment in tlw doing...
It doesn't really matter, because none of their pathetic attempts at being or becoming an investment company is going to save Polemos from delisting/insolvency/administration/dissolution for any length of time.
Cheerio.

Simon is filling his boots. I'm sure Qatar Consulting are watching with interest.

Rich people rarely lose in the long term. They never sell.

You don't seem to grasp that they have had to sell down their atrocious investments and admin expenses are just incredible!!
Maybe the rodent will get her "powerful friends" to intervene lol........not!!

-£601,000 outlay offset by £262,000 sale proceeds to date
=£339,000 net outlay on remaining holding, with £226,000 book value at H1 2014
so effectively down -33% on those

On the subject of admin expense they seem to hold most back until the 2nd half
H1'13 £110,000
H2'13 £359,000

Bit of volume today, difficult to guess
what is exactly going on, seems a few
worked trades might be going through,
I picked up a few, you never know with
little shells, you takes your chance
and all that!

Tradejunkie - why are you still here then? Are you a shareholder?

...Someone accumulating?...
No. Pointless and mindless buying and selling! It's only the bookies profiting from this day-trading madness - they are laughing all the way to the bank.
D'oh.

Nit - if this share is so trashy - why are you actually here at all? It's a fair question given your constant bashing of this?

Soft t - these bigger buys keep on happening. Someone accumulating?

...4000000...
According to Australian racing news one punter had taken out a bet on this year's Melbourne Cup winner (the German horse Protectionist) to return a quarter of a million Australian dollars (8/1).
Now, that's what I call a decent investment and not those measly 4000 GBP wasted on a trashy AIM share.
Keep it up. Right. Good on you.

I see Simon is posting on LSE. Funny, how any sudden movements here, bring about worried posters. Some one keeps buying. Why.

Let's hope Simon's mention of Concha, could happen here. Less than 1p up to 7p within a year.
