rumours were of an oil shale comp rto into plr.something is happening in the background expect some news very soon.the way it rose friday last minute looks well for tommorow.

To all plr readers, if you want to see or remember when a share goes up then
Look at parkmead oct 2010 one day 1p and a few weeks latter 30p.

There is nothing to the Company.

They have miniscule amount of cash compared to the Market Cap.

Placing was at 0.25p

Director has been selling.

Interesting that most of the +ve and -ve comments above seem to lack as much actual knowledge about the co as it now is now as distinct from the co as it was, - or maybe I am the only PI without such knowledge?

However the share price has risen v. sharply and usually when there is a
substantial share price gain based on PI guesses rather than any specific news,
a "know no reason for share price gain" RNS follows.

There may be such an RNS on Monday but if not, presumably there are actual reasons for the gains other than PI guesses/hopes?

theresa 1.25mill trade should get a holding rns.were rumours of rto .prs could have sold for a 4 bagger but didnt so maybe some plans are being made.very intersting anyway

Spot on as I said old directors sold, to me this could motor or stumble
Who knows I was in when it was the old company so I hope to recoup some of
Old losses.
In profit with new shares I bought, so fingers crossed for 8am monday.

I thought it was IPS directors who have sold since the demerger not any of the main three directors, right that placing was at .25p but PRS haven't sold any since deal was completed. Pump and dump if no news next week I will agree with you but news is expected very very soon from PRS so who knows it might involve PLR

To all those that feel I'm a mug for buying these.

Well call it what you like, but I made a profit selling a few yesterday and was lucky enough to buy back in on the drop today. I'm back in profit on these already.

Now I thought that the idea with shares was to make a profit. Obviously I have a different idea to this fliypflopy and BOA thingy guys!
