mally6 - I think it may be on the contrary mally6 - people normally transfer to SIPP when they don't expect a short-term return or wish to release some tax rebate in the SIPP account.

You can buy from your SIPP, releasing cash into your CGT account from your pension(bed and sipp)

The Board of Plutus announces that Craig Rochford, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board with effect from 18 February 2013.
As announced by the Company on 30 January 2013, within the Company's interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2012, it was the intention for Craig Rochford to step down from the board following a short handover period with the new management team of the Company which the Board is pleased to announce has now been completed.
The Board would like to thank Craig for his contribution to the Company since being appointed as a director in July 2010.
The Company also announces that its new head office address has changed to Centrepoint House, 2 Denmark Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4DA with immediate effect.

2 points;- 1. Incoming Directors built BioProgress but exited the business as it matured and certainly couldn't be blamed for it's eventual demise 2. Rochford is likely exiting Plutus and clearly ran in to difficulties with Incoming hence the unwelcome fire sale.

Equity .the director is from the original ipso .he could have a thousand reasons for bailing out ,not necessarily negative reasons.

Unfortunately for those who have bought in the retrace is not a welcome sight and I sympathise but for anyone watching and patiently waiting a bottom will develop .This is listed for a reason which will become apparent ,when is anyone's guess but my own feelings is it will be a while although I am mindfull of the rumours surrounding the Bison listing.
