Board Changes

Plutus PowerGen plc, the AIM listed power company focused on the development, construction and operation of flexible stand-by electricity generation in the UK, announces that Jo Dixon, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. Tim Cottier has today been appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director.

Timothy Robin Cottier, FCA ("Tim") is a Chartered Accountant who has spent many years in the corporate finance, real estate and green energy sectors. He qualified with Thornton Baker (now Grant Thornton) in London and spent several years with Price Waterhouse Coopers in both the UK and the Bahamas.

He is currently CEO of Kinloch Corporate Finance, a corporate advisory company based in London and Leeds which specialises in capital raising, private equity, venture capital and M&A activities within the SME sector dealing with transaction sizes from GBP1 million to GBP50 million. He is involved with a number of sustainable energy projects as adviser and in particular, the waste to energy sector. Tim established Kinloch Corporate Finance after exiting from a leading accountancy practice in Leeds where he headed up the corporate finance division.

Tim has also been involved in a number of commercial property development schemes both as principal and adviser, finding sites for commercial schemes, helping with the planning aspects and raising the capital for the transactions. He was a partner in Marlin Properties until 2002 and is an investor in several property projects in North Yorkshire.

Tim was formerly a director of Leeds Trust Plc which was subject to a members' liquidation in 1993. Tim had provided a personal guarantee in respect of Leeds Trust Plc and following the members liquidation of Leeds Trust plc entered into an Individual Voluntary Agreement ('IVA') with creditors in 1994. The IVA was completed in June 1999, subsequent to a settlement payment in line with the agreed terms of the IVA.

Tim was appointed a director of Jarrow Brewery Ltd on 1 September 2014 and resigned on 2 April 2015. On 30 April 2015, Jarrow Brewery Ltd entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation and appointed a liquidator. Jarrow Brewery Ltd remains in administration and as at 30 April 2015 the estimated deficiency as regards members was approximately GBP670,000.
